Did a very poor job on my home inspection. Said air filters were clean and in place (they weren’t even installed). First time I ran the heat all the dirt that had been accumulating got caught up in the motor and blew it apart. Said roof was in good shape. Very first rainfall and I had multiple leaks. I climbed up on ladder and there were entire sections of shingle missing. The roof cost me $10k and the heater/AC unit cost me $8.5k. All within 2 weeks of moving in.

Jason was pleasant and professional through the entire inspection process. Also, and of particular value to us, his communication was excellent. He's quick to return calls or emails, and promptly answered any questions we had. Jason also uses a secure and easy-to-use online platform for viewing and sending inspection documents and photos, which meant we saw the results of the inspection instantly and we were able to send it to all relevant parties just as instantly. As for the inspection itself, he appears to have done a very thorough job evaluating the property, and gave clear and concise recommendations
