I stayed at a property managed by JKW Properties recently that was effectively being run as a short-term furnished rental while the master tenant was out of the country. Overall, the property and quality of my stay exceeded expectations. My friend and I planned to stay for one month, but ended up staying for 3 and working with Drew was very easy and laid back. He was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay and a very nice person to work with. I really appreciated his help and flexibility as we extended our stay, as we needed help with access to the mailbox, and much more. Overall, I would

The property manager Andrew is very unprofessional, shows up late to arranged meetings or doesn't show up at all with out any notice, he never responds to emails and likes to interrupt you over the phone mid sentence. I would not recommend this business. Save yourself a headache.
Lived in one if there units for 1year and a half, kept the place well maintained and they still found a way to rip me off my security deposit and charge unnecessary fees including times I called maintenance during my lease.

I had a horrible experience with them! From renting my unit to receiving my deposit, this company was a headache the whole way around.
Extremely unprofessional, shady organization! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!
You are biting off more than you can chew with these people.
Unless you want to spend hours in a civil claims court to get your deposit returned, then DO NOT RENT WITH THEM!

Contacted JKW's Office and explained I was leaving at the end of the month. A young woman said they needed it in writing, and just to e-mail them. So I did. I used their email address on their site and NEVER HEARD BACK. Now that I'm moving out, they claim I --NEVER-- gave notice and that I automatically owe them an additional month's rent. Wow.
After I told the manager in person I was moving out (he's a mean drunk, so I avoid him), he gave me a couple forms to fill out. The advice given from the JKW Office staff was completely wrong.
These people are horrible to rent from. They give you old blinds
