poor communication! I was never given a pool key, they deducted it from my security deposit even after i told them I was never given one. They deducted Money for a gym pass even though a gym didn't even exist on the property! I told them that as well! Don't expect decency or communication from them.

I read through these reviews and was a little worried going into the 1 year lease my husband and I just signed. I am shocked at some of these reviews and how awful they are/were. Danielle and Gabrielle have been amazing thus far. My husband and I applied for a property the same day it went on the market, and Danielle had us approved within 24/48 hours! We moved into our home on 7.18.20 and on 7.20.20 I provided a list of 9 items (urgent issues) that needed to be repaired. Within an hour Danielle had emailed me the list of all the vendors assigned for the needed repairs, and I already have them

Horrible company. Be leery dealing with this company. They dont hold themselves to the same standard expected from tenants. They will attempt to keep your deposit and repair items, although outdated and typical wear and tear while renting. No wonder they have poor reviews! Dont take the risk 👍🏼

Very unprofessional company. We were trying to URGENTLY relocate to NV and were hoping that they could help us get a rental. Well their poor customer service didn't allow us to get the property we wanted. We did ask them to provide a video tour of the house prior to signing a one year lease (we could not travel due to Covid restrictions) and they went unresponsive. After several attempts, they replied that if we couldn't make it was at our loss and that they will rent the property to someone else. We couldn't afford taking a risk that high. Very unfriendly and not very empathetic to the situation

My family has been renting a beautiful home in the heart of Las Vegas with Desert Sands since October 2017. We’ve never had an issue that wasn’t met with promptness and urgency. The staff has always been very warm and helpful. I recommend them to anyone looking for a long term home. The application process was very simple and easy. My only recommendation would be that they expand their portfolio so more people can enjoy a happy home under their management. We rented a house from them for two years. Where do I begin?
We were left with two broken appliances for two months. We were required to leave our utilities on for five days post move-out and got a huge bill for the electricity. We moved out 15 days ago and we are yet to see a dime of our deposit back despite there being zero differences between move-in and move-out condition upon final inspection. We even paid a maid to deep clean the house and carpet cleaners to thoroughly steam clean the carpets. The place was perfect at move out. Where's our deposit Desert Sand?

Desert Sands was OK with me until it was time to move. Dave Santos gets all stupid if you ask how much the light cleaning fee is. He has ran this business for how long and you don't know the fees. It also took more the 30 days to return my deposit. All the sudden the office staff gets real stupid also when you ask about your own deposit. All in all I will never rent from them again!!

We rented a home in Palm Gardens for two years. The property was managed by Desert Sand! Lizbeth, Dave, and everyone else there were nothing but responsive, efficient, friendly and fair to deal with. We moved only because we needed a larger place, but if they had a property available that fit our needs, we would have continued to do business with this firm.
I seldom rate five stars, especially for property Mgmt companies. However , our experience has actually been five star!
