Haven’t encountered anyone as unprofessional and technically deficient as inspector Pete Robberson and hopefully won’t again in the future. He broke our HVAC system during an inspection, deflected responsibility, and made defamatory personal statements to homeowner in order to obfuscate his lack of knowledge and mistake. Time for this inspector to upgrade his skills, learn about smart homes, or plan on retirement. An absolute thumbs down.

During a home inspection at my residence this evening, the home inspector (Peter Robberson) broke my thermostat and/or damaged my HVAC unit. After the home inspection, the thermostat is reading a wiring error code that was NOT there when we departed at 5:30PM before the inspector arrived.

Okay. I find it interesting this company has 5 star reviews. I had a house that I sold summer of 2020. Prior to my listing my home, I had a roofer that has been in business for over 20 years with 5 star reviews, an electrician who I have used multiple times and an HVAC company that has also been in business for several years and very reputable to do an inspection to ensure it would pass a home inspection. The roofer did some minor repairs (under $500). HVAC took my entire furnace apart, cleaned and inspected. And my electrician also performed minor electrical work ($250). When WHI inspected my
