As an InterNACHI Certified Professional, Axium's Inspectors have the knowledge and expertise to provide you with a comprehensive and competent visual inspection of your home, from roof to foundation. Outside the home, our Home Inspectors will check the exterior walls, roof, driveway, deck, etc.; we will move inside to examine the walls, ceilings, floors, doors, and windows.
Alerts you to any items of immediate personal concern, such as radon gas or termite infestations. Inspection conducted by a certified InterNACHI inspector rather than being at the mercy of the buyer's choice. Thanh was extremely professional, courteous, thorough in his inspection of the house we're trying to buy. He caught more than we expected, and many of his findings were quite eye-opening to us. I would highly recommend using him, and Axium. Not only did they do the full inspection of the house, but they also did a radon test and sewer scope as well. They were great to partner with, and I would definitely use them again.

I am finishing up with building a new construction home and just knew that I needed another set of qualified, professional eyes. Our home inspector, John Chapman, got to my house before I could - bright and early before our 8 am appt. John was polite, efficient, communicative ,and focused. Leading up to our home inspection, I had an excellent experience with customer services as I made arrangements for the home inspection that consisted of various changes in the planning phase. I worked with Lee on a property and he was professional and thorough in his assessment. We were there during the inspection and he answered any questions that came up as he was working his way through the property. His answers were easy to understand and his final reporting gave us confidence and a realistic idea of future repairs for the home. I called at 6 PM and Axium was able to quickly and efficiently schedule an inspection for noon the next day! Our inspector - Thanh - was very thorough and professional. He had the report ready to go by the time he was done and took the time to go through it with my first time home buyer. He even walked through the home and pointed out those items in question. My client left feeling confident that she understood the report which gave her the assurances that she needed. She was even able to take care of payment right then and there. First time home buyer so my experience with home inspections is limited. That being said, my inspector Thanh was amazing. Incredibly thorough and detailed. He took the time to walk through all of the items after he had conducted the inspection, explaining and educating me on the potential issues. The reports were great and really helped us make the right decisions on negotiations.
Axium was very easy to schedule an appointment, working with a tight closing timeline.
Buying a house in Denver, I wouldn't recommend or use anyone else.

About a month ago, we had our first home inspection ever with Thanh from Axium. It was a truly excellent experience (see Katie Holmes' review from about a month earlier) -- not only was Thanh extremely thorough, but he also "held our hand" through the process (we're first-time home buyers) and he educated us along the way. We ultimately decided to not go through with the home purchase, but found Thanh to be a true advisor, and his insights were extremely valuable in our decision.

Ron did an excellent job on an Inspection I needed on an older Genesee home which needed much work. His photography and detailed description of the issues were some of the best I've seen . We were representing a client in another state with a very quick closing and Ron accommodated our schedule with very short notice. If you are looking for very thorough detail, good photos showing inspection issues and a fast turnaround time, I would recommend Ron. Beesley Realty will definitely be using him again!

Not only does Axium offer rigorous inspections, their customer service is simply outstanding. I pre-scheduled three inspections with them while making offers on homes, and despite having to cancel three times when my offers weren't accepted, Axium was nothing but understanding and encouraging.

I don't have experience with any other inspection service companies but overall, I think Axium did a very solid job. I rarely give 5 stars so this is equivalent to 4.5 stars.
In a tight market, they are a big enough firm that they can be available quickly for inspections. I had two other firms on my list, as recommendations, but they weren't able to come out for a few days more so I chose Axium as my realtor really likes them.
The inspection went smoothly and the inspector, Ron, was really easy to talk to and he did a good job reviewing issues with me. It is a 60's ranch
