Oscar is a GREAT professional. He made himself available for a very short notice inspection on a Saturday. Oscar allowed me to follow him during the whole inspection. He is extremely knowledgeable and willing to share maintenance tips! The inspection report was ready within 24 hours. In addition to his professionalism, Oscar is kind and fun to work with. I was very impressed with the service provided by Omega Home Inspection. I spoke with Oscar on a Friday night, and he had me scheduled within a few minutes for the following Wednesday. As a service member, I was happy to see that Oscar is retired from the Air Force, and had years of experience in civil engineering. Oscar was ahead of schedule. He was already at the home, doing the roof and exterior inspection. He was efficient, courteous, professional, and in depth. He made sure to inspect everything. The quality of his work compared to other home inspectors we've used in the past was superb. He went above and beyond to make certain we had the report before our deadline. After contracting on the purchase of a home with a very tight timeline to close, I contacted Oscar at Omega Home Inspection to try and complete both Radon sampling and complete pre-purchase inspection in less than a week. He was extremely responsive, and was able to get everything completed within our very short deadline including lab analysis of the Radon samples. We used Omega for an inspection prior to closing on our first home based on a referral; we could not be happier. Oscar and his wife were able to make time for the inspection within 24 hours of our request, and on a Saturday!
