I just used Ian for my home inspection and he was great! This is my first home, and he was very knowledgeable and gave me home tips throughout the inspection. He was very thorough and did a lot of extra things for a great value. I would definitely recommend him to anyone buying a home!

I planned to go with another inspection company until I called Mr Home check. We were happy at first but a year later, it is now clear we should have gone with someone else.
Ian arrived early to set up. He was kind and seemed to know what he was doing for the 3ish hours the inspection lasted. There is a reason this business has so many high reviews. They are responsive, thorough and their online reports with pictures and links to videos are incredibly helpful. Did I mention thorough? Ian was awesome and brought up the fact and pictures about seeing numerous cracks in the foundations crawl space, which was an excellent catch, resulting in the seller calling back the original engineer to see why there were separating and new cracks. Best in Old Colorado City!

Like others have shared...It is unfortunate there are not more reviews about this company, because you wont find better service out there!
My real estate agent gave me a list of inspectors to choose from. I checked all of them and then a few others before deciding to go with Mr. Home Check. There were other bigger companies out there with many more reviews but the quality of the reviews for this company spoke volumes.

Ian was very informative! We felt he went above and beyond to do our home inspection on our first home we are purchasing. He was willing to answer any questions and checked every inch of the home. Ian was awesome. He looked ahead at the weather and saw that it was going to snow, so he went days before to inspect the outside. During the inspection he was patient and answered all of my questions. You don’t need to look any further this is the company to pick!!

If you want a thorough inspection on a home you're purchasing, you'll want to use Mr. Home Check. Ian was extremely meticulous and took pictures and video of items that he noted during his inspection. We received the report the same day he completed the inspection. We booked our home inspection with Ian Christiansen on Mrhomecheck's website. It was super easy. He emailed us right away confirming and was accommodating when we needed to reschedule to a later time. Hire mr. Home check! Our inspection was half the price of a previous inspection we had done recently and yet, double the quality. The inspection included thermal heat cam to check insulation AND a sewer scope.
