Highly recommended Ken was on time, efficient, and very helpful. We are 1st time home owners, Ken went above and beyond what was expected. He gave me helpful advice on blowing out the sprinklers during the colder months, he showed me how things worked in the home and how to trouble shoot some issue that may arise should a fuse be blown. He was full of knowledge and extremely friendly.

We were very pleased with the service received! Ken was able to answer all our questions and provided great tips for future maintenance. I recently had Ken from Reliable Home Inspection inspect a house that I was looking to purchase. Being new to the area and a first time home buyer I really had no idea where to start looking for a home inspector. Thankfully, a friend recommended Reliable Home Inspection to me. From the start Ken was friendly and professional. Since I was a first time home-buyer I had many questions regarding the inspection process.
