To expedite your move-in process, make sure you have paid your first installment, have your file completed, and have signed up for Resident Shield. Please pay by 8/10/2021. Your first installment must be paid in full and your file completed prior to move-in, before you can receive your apartment keys.

My first year with Oxford West was a solid 3/5. Going into my second year it has been a living nightmare. They now force you to get their renters insurance. Which is two and a half times more expensive than normal renters insurance. My old lease that I renewed stated I don't need their renters insurance, and they forced me and others to pay it. Said they would refund the money "some day in October". The whole thing went on for three months. This is pitiful business practice. Now that we don't have a third person in out apartment all of our rates went up to compensate their lack of filling units

The worst experience, they changed the rent price without informing me, only after I moved in I found out that I was given a different contract and I was forced to pay more expensive rent, otherwise I had nowhere to go. I was forced to pay more expensive rent or I had nowhere else to go. Also, their rent was ridiculously high and the facilities were really old, I highly don't recommend it!

Been living here about 3 months and have really enjoyed it. Maintenance is responsive, facilities are good; especially that the gym is open 24/7 to residents. The staff is super kind and welcoming, especially Ryan who has been very helpful from drafting and signing my lease to continuingly making sure I am having a pleasant time while staying here. Overall, I would definitely recommend OW.

It was a terrible experience I ever had. Two months ago, I asked around apartments about a short term lease AND I signed a sort of "application file" which was nearly the same as the lease. Before a week when I should move in, they sent me another lease with increase rent without any notice. I asked the lease manager but got that the file I signed did not count. I found another place. After a week, another staff came to me, and say that I have to move in and need to pay the rent. How unbelievable !!! Even today, I received a email about rental payment. It is not how we do the business.

Do not move here! The maintenance is absolutely lousy! The grounds are not kept up. Pot holes in the parking lots. There was a leak in the bathroom above that was never fixed! The just kept replacing the ceiling tiles ! And of course over time mold began to grow .The pool had garbage in it every time we went to use it. Only to be told by the desk that they would take care of on Monday when there workers was there. And this was on a Saturday! A stove and sink was replaced in a apartment only to have it sit out in the hallway for a entire year! Then you play by there rules and buy the required renters

I took a tour yesterday at Oxford West, and now I’m looking forward to hopefully living there! The staff is friendly and super accommodating and the apartments have a nice setup and recent appliances. Austin Drake in particular is a great tour guide, knowledgeable and very helpful and even reached out afterwards to help me though the application process!

An absolute nightmare from move in date to move out. Laney Trepanier the manager failed to deliver the most basic customer service every single time an issue arose. When we showed up to move in the apartment was a disaster and had not been cleaned from previous tenants. Hair in the bathroom, mold on the walls, greases in the oven etc. The lady in charge of cleaning apartments came to take a look and apologized profusely. We purchased over $50 of product and spent several hours cleaning the apartment ourselves. A few weeks later we discovered a MICE INFESTATION problem throughout the entire ground

Oxford West has been one of the most challenging housing experiences I've been apart of. I moved in, in August and immediately there were issues. There were scratches all over the walls, the bath tub was clogged, both toilets looked like this, it was filthy, etc.. Getting maintenance to fix the tub took weeks and I had to tell them that I was going to put my money in an escrow account in order for them to fix it. This has been the worst experience for our family. We signed and are paying for a lease for a refurbished townhome. After moving in is when the renovations started! Throughout this process, we have been given extremely short notice that the workman would be coming into our apartment, For example, a notice was put on our door after 3:30pm stating that we have to have everything cleaned out of our kitchen cabinets by the next morning so that they could start renovating the kitchen and that we would receive a $75 rent credit for the next month. Just signed a lease for next school year. There was a lot of construction going on while signing the lease, but that's exciting because all of the renovations look like they are going to be great! We also signed a lease for an updated unit. The fact that Internet and Cable is going to be included in my rent is amazing! Would recommend!

I have lived at Oxford West for over a year and it is a great place to live. The office staff are very friendly and accommodating and the maintenance guys are quick to respond to service requests. The main office building also contains a coffeehouse with reasonable prices and free wi-fi and a big screen tv - making it a perfect place to study or just hang out. There is a pool that is available in the summer months and always seems clean. I also appreciate that recycling is available at several locations.
