The 1 bedroom apartments were large compared to those of other places in oxford. Cheapest carpets I've ever seen. Alright location, close by a bus stop, and most of the laundry machines worked, I'll give them that. Although the outside is barely lit, and the walk there is shady. The parking lot was continuously falling apart, and management only ever opted for temporary solutions. Never had issues with appliances in the apartment, but the walls and floors were so thin - I could hear my neighbors screaming, fighting, stomping, literally could hear every word. These are trashy apartments. Seems like its just a bunch of drug dealers saleing out of here. Super dated. If you have a family I wouldn't suggest here. The short time I looked into possibly renting I seen nothing but filth. Worn carpets covered in animal loss. Not even a fresh cost of paint on the wall. I mean really.. the parking lot is small and during the snow/ winter months it isn't plowed well.

I lived in Oxford Square for 2.5 years, the duration of my time as a Miami student. I lived in both the 716 and 616 addresses, with the former being a 2-bedroom and latter being a 1-bedroom apartment. While the apartments aren't amazing, they are more than satisfactory to live in. The land lord (Lorraine), while difficult to reach at times, is VERY kind and accommodating and does her best to help you if you have any problems. Just go to her office during the posted times on her door and you should find her!

I have lived here all together about 15 years. And in the 15 years of being here I have only had about 2 bad experiences. I still live there yes I do agree that sometimes it is hard to get a hold of Lorraine but that's only because she manages other apartments here in Oxford. She is very friendly she does what she can to help fix your problems. What she really needs is some help like another person or a secretary to just answer phone calls then maybe people won't get upset or mad. But all in all I find this place livable. There is some things that are really out dated that could use up dated like

The Oxford Square Apartments are without a doubt the definition of slum living. The interiors look awful, the appliances are ancient and break frequently, and worst of all the landlord is an irresponsible and lazy slumlord. She goes out of her way to avoid having to interact with tenants during her posted office hours, to the point where it is required to call their main office call center to have them get in contact with her. She repeatedly forgets that individuals are on the lease, despite having to deal with them on multiple occasions. Last but not least, when she DOES need to contact you for
