We offer off-campus housing options that give Miami University students the opportunity to enjoy their college experience and the beautiful, historic charm of Oxford, Ohio to the fullest. Our student apartments are in the heart of uptown Oxford, surrounded by shops and restaurants and only a short walk from campus.

All apartments are well-maintained and newly renovated, with amenities including central air, gas heat, and kitchens equipped with stove, refrigerator, and garbage disposal. Large windows provide plenty of natural light and scenic views of uptown. We offer off campus housing for Miami University Students and Retail/Office space for businesses.
