Good place to stay when you need a home and you are in between living conditions. Venessa is an awesome lady and needs to take more of a central role in the office. The other ladies try hard but, I guess it is the South Texas attitude of being ruff and not taking guff.
The apartment are rather dated. Two prong outlets, not suitable for modern electronics. You can over load the circuit breaker rather quickly. The best place i have ever to stay in kingsville, the area is very nice with wonderful back and front yards, i have rented two stories apartment which you will feel like you have your own house, you can find anything you need for your family like pool, tennis court, fitness room and volleyball court, it is rarely to find all of theses with the reasonable rates except in kingsville pointe, the office staff also are very helpful and kind Venessa , Monica and Toony i will never forget these people, im very sad to leave this place due to financial issues with my scholarship fund. Highly recommend Kingsville

I have lived here over 1 year. While the complex is not the greatest looking in the world it is more than adequate( it is old navy housing). The maintenance department keep doing all they can to keep the place clean and safe. I have had 1 minor problem that was taken care of immediately and 1 major issue that was also taken care of immediately. They worked with me and made the repairs around my schedule. The office staff is very friendly and a joy to deal with. I recently found a house and will be moving soon. I spoke with them and was told all I needed to do, To both leave on good terms with the

I lived here for a little while and my ceiling caved in. Maitnence didnt come to fix it for 5 days. I rented a 4 bedroom and we rented the washer and dryer that they provided, they washer would leak and caused water damage. The have bed bugs and their "pest control" doesnt show up when you call. Horrible place to live, to raise a family and just horrid management
