My friends and I are disappointed with our experience with ranch view apartments. Owners are NON RESPONSIVE, UNPROFESSIONAL and overall poor service.
1. They do NOT give deposits back. Even if apartment is in perfect condition. Every time you make try to make contact, they are unresponsive.
2. Lawn seemed to never be maintained; high grass way to often
3. Parking that you PAY for is NEVER enforced. Don't know how many times I came home to my parking spots taken.
