The Bordeaux Apartments were good!
Dora, Sabrina, and Victor do what they can to make sure everyone is pleased. Sabrina is awesome, really kind, and understanding!
Quiet area besides the occasional barking, music, and cars. Neighbors are all friendly. Apartment interior are overall nice. They are 30-45 minutes from Corpus Christi, which is always a blast! Had a couple management issues but that's all. I recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a place in Kingsville.

Having lived in this complex for the past two years, I can honestly say I’ve had no issues. Dora and Victor have been very good to my wife and I throughout our time here. Maintenance requests were quick to be resolved, and Dora was always available to me for questions and concerns. I never had a problem with pests in my unit.

Guys and Gals,
I would not recommend this apartment to anyone. Not sure how these people are saying have no issues in this apartment. This is not an apartment.
-This complex is a zoo.
-They have Roaches everywhere. Literally everywhere from the kitchen to bathroom and bedroom.
-They have ants everywhere inside the apartments.
-They have scorpions everywhere inside the apartments.
-They have mice everywhere. Running in the bedroom to the kitchen.
-They have snakes in the backyard inside the fence frequently.
- Doggies pop everywhere.
-The only missing in this apartment is LIONS and TIGERS

Well let me see. I will stick to the facts and share some opinions. First off, I'm no stranger to these apartments as I lived here as a high school student back in 2003. It was good apartment complex back then. Now I recently lived here back in November, 2016- to August, 2017. This place wants to be run like Hunter's Cove so badly, until they even jacked up the prices like Hunter's Cove without the added features. Our mailbox didn't have a door on it and even after we complained, it wasn't fixed. What ever you do, DO NOT have any trouble with a job. Dora will not give a damn and will harass you

I have been living here since 2011. And I have not had a bad experience. Anytime I have ever needed anything as far as help from the Maintenance they have helped me. Any questions or concerns that I have ever needed answered the Apartment Manager has answered them in a polite manner. Anything I needed fixed as far as my unit is concerned they have been fixed in a timely manner. Thank you Bordeaux Apartments for an amazing few years I've been here, hope to stay longer.

Apartment complex has a persistent flea problem; those who reside here are not held accountable for their pets and no staff available to clean up after the pet friendly environment. Office manager Dora is never available, will not return your deposit and claim you owe additional money for living damages and will threaten you with your information sent to collections. Dora will state she has pictures of your apartment’s carpet before and after you moved in, but she will never show them to you. There are a lot of places in the area for a lower cost and better amenities; I do not recommend this

At first living in my new apartment was great but the last 4 months my roommate and I have experienced leak after leak and our ac breaking. I had to go into the office which someone is rarely in when they are supposed to be but besides the point I made 5 trips to the office for my ac before it was fixed right. Then about a month later we had a huge water leak in our kitchen and we where told that the pipes where our responsibility 🤔 that was fixed with silicon nothing is really fixed it's just rigged to where it doesn't leak or any thing.
