Javelina Station

I honestly loved living in Javelina Stations! The people around us mind thier own buisnesses, and it is not too loud around there. I can't wait to renew!

I recently got laid off and they gave me time and help in order to stay and get back on my feet. I owe my life to javalina stations. Bless them and their wonderful employees!

Great amenities on site, the staff is very friendly and always helpful. You feel at home at Javelina station! Its location is very convenient close to campus.

The management is amazing. It is a great apartment complex for college students. I’ve lived there for 2 years and have rarely had any complains.

Love going to my friends room and hanging out, dreaming of moving in one day because of how well everything is taken care of and the pool is always clean and feels amazing. Most badass apartments you can live in, here in kingsville on campus!!

My friend lives there at stations and i really like the way it was well taken care of. I love that it has two dog parks perfect for my dog.

Facilities give the exact feeling of a home away from home experience. The apartment management team is prompt to help with any inquiries of incoming and already residents.

I went for an apartment tour around the beginning of June and all of the staff has been very helpful! I always get notified if I have anything pending for my lease and any question that I have, always gets answered. Very friendly and helpful staff like Victoria, they’re always willing to help

Have fun events with free food and ways to interact with the community!

I have recently signed my lease with them and let me tell you it was by far one of the best customer service experiences I have received. The leasing consultant was able to answer all my questions with ease and help me signed and reserve a spot for my future resident space. The amenities offered along with already getting the apartment only make this one of best places to live whether you're a student, teacher, and or a pilot from the local base.

By far the worst apartment complex I have ever had the misfortune of living in. They moved me into a dirty apartment, refused to clean it when I requested it in maintenance, and after move out they are trying to extort money from me for leaving the apartment cleaner than when I had moved in. Btw I found the previous residence underwear on the side of the laundry machine and they refused to come pick it up. Yes it's close to campus, but honestly Kingsville
Is small and easy to get around. Do yourself a favor and live somewhere where the residents aren't treated like cash cows.
