Terrible apartment ever. We just stayed there for 3 months. While moving out we cleaned the apartment like how it was given to us. The manager Ruby said she would do a walk through and call us. She never did. She cahrged us 125$ for the clean home. She showed us the photographs of clean applainces and floor and everything else and claims it to be dirty. Highly unprofessional. They are just ripping the residents literally for nothing.

Very nice, but prepare to be nickle and dimed every step of the way. Payed over $500 between moving in and moving out
Update:
They sent a collection agency to collect payment which I had already made. I visited the office and showed proof of my check, and proof that the check had cleared when they cashed it months ago. Though they did apologize, I now have a mark on my credit history for debt collectors that is 100% their fault and a mistake.

By far the worst apts ever. They have a serious problem with roaches. Many attempts were done to have this rectified and not once did they resolve the issue. Waking up to roaches in my bed was where I drew the line. My dishwasher never worked and they kept saying someone would go by. I left after 4 months but had to sell my new couches due to the roaches. Scorpions was another issue in that place, 3-4 times a week I had to be killing roaches. The light bill was outrageous and I kept telling them that the doors and windows needed new gaskets that would prevent the air from escaping and hot air coming

Terrible experience. I would never recommend this apartment.
Lindsey Bailey was the one to whom I interacted. She is an awful-rude person to deal with. I wish they have better managerial staffs.
The rental price in the website is incorrect. If you call them, they will say a different rates than what it is listed in the website.
Initially, she asked a deposit of $250 and an application fee of $65 (as she charged an extra $35 stating I've a driver license outside of Texas). I sent all of those. After sending the money orders, she asked me for another $65 application fee (non-refundable) for my
