By far the best management ever! Ms. Keely definitely goes above & beyond to make everything smooth & easy for you. She’s AWESOME! Been here for several months & I don’t have one complaint. So if you’re looking for a place to live, I recommend this place for sure! My family and I love it here!

Moved in about 3 months ago! Keely made my move in so smooth! After moving back from Austin coming back to corpus wasn’t my ideal situation but I couldn’t be more happy of where I chose to call home. Keely goes over and beyond for her tenants!!! For the price and the area you can’t go wrong here.

Great staff! Keely helped us out and the process was speedy and pleasant! We can't wait to start are new life here at the estates!

I was very happy with the Estate apartments. They are clean the grounds are kept up and the management team was always willing to help.

These apartments are the worst place I have ever lived!!! The office staff are never here. When you have a maintenance issue no one comes. Every apartment is infested with roaches and rats. The staff congregates on the back patio of the office and chain smoke cigarettes all day so when you do laundry you have to walk through a grey cloud of smoke to get there, I can’t tell if it’s an apartment office or a day care half the time there are usually more children in the office than adults the manager guy Eric is condescending and talks down to you while the big girl just tells you what you want

I live here at The Esates manager Eric is always very helpful and quick to help everyone that walks in.

These apartments are great located in a great area no problems great neighbors and facility the office is wonderful they listen to your every need and help get things done

I would recommend this place, the management is amazing. Eric is so well spoken and has a lot of knowledge about the apartment and amazing customer service skills!

Love where you live is always important. Staff is amazing they they put residents first and get things done in a timely manner 😊
