My husband and I have lived at Bluegrass for about a month and a half and so far our experience has been great. The staff is very friendly and helpful whenever we have questions, and they made the whole moving process very simple from their end. The 3-bedroom apartment is very spacious and it was clean when we moved in. We only had one minor issue with our oven, which maintenance fixed the same day that we submitted the work order. We also enjoy the fun events that the complex runs occasionally, such as the Thanksgiving grocery bingo, and the finals week study packages. My only request would be

The process is not lined out when it came to move in essentials. I had to call multiple times to get information about first priorities. Also had a hassle with roommates. Called multiple times and all of my roommates “accepted” the invite but we were never paired together until the 3rd time we called. Just wish the process was a little bit more smooth.

I have had excellent interactions with every staff member I have come into contact with! Everyone has always made sure to try and help me figure out and understand every question I have had during my application process. In particular, Ameer has been incredibly friendly and helpful every time I have called in with questions!

I haven't moved in yet, so I can't speak to the apartments themselves, but I'm coming from across the country, have never lived in student housing before, and Ameer and Becka have been super helpful walking me through the process. Five stars for them for sure. I'll update this review once I get moved in and have a better idea of what the complex and my apartment are like.

I understand that while my sister lived in Bluegrass several years ago, I heard there were some problems with management. However, the new owners must have really turned the place around because I have had nothing but a wonderful experience so far with Bluegrass Village Apartments. I’ve never lived on my own before, therefor have never signed a lease or even understood a bit of the process. Bluegrass made getting myself a place to live one of the easiest tasks ever this summer. The staff is lovely and I’ve spoken to Jasmine on the phone multiple times and they are always so knowledgeable and

Thinking about the issues I’ve had with maintenance/ office staff triggers my fight or flight response. The apartment itself is pretty nice. Good amount of space and decent condition. The management is ridiculous. I lived here for a year and a half and had issues from the beginning. Most of the information given to you is by office assistants and everyone tells you something different, there is zero communication within the office. At one point after talking to 4 different people and getting no help I asked to speak to the manager and was told there wasn’t one at all. My furnace broke in the
