I love living here! I have lived at 2 different complexes in Mount Pleasant and The Edge at 1815 has been the best, BY FAR.
The pricing is extremely competitive and including all the amenities (that you literally can’t get anywhere else) is a STEAL.

I’ve lived in multiple complexes in Mount Pleasant. This is by far the friendliest and cleanest apartments. They are constantly putting on welcoming community events. And they are pet friendly!!!!! They even have fenced off areas for dogs to run free and play. I love it here!

I love living at The Edge at 1815. The people who work in the office are so personable and positive. I especially love all the events the apartment complex does to involve the occupants such as movie nights, soup day, grilled cheese day, and so many others! And when ever I need something fixed, the maintenance team is always very helpful and efficient. The staff who work here really work hard to brighten your day and help make your life easier whenever possible. Shout out to Mason, he helped me move into my apartment and get all the paperwork figured out and explained the things I didn’t fully

As a local resident in the Mt. Pleasant community who knows this region as well as the back of my hand, I have lived in multiple off-campus apartments.
None compare to the warm, friendly, and family-style experience offered by The Edge @ 1815. With close walking/Biking distance to CMU & numerous on-campus activities, responsible owner pet-friendly environment, and access to several amenities should help make the choice easy to make.

Overall living at this apartment complex was great. Management did a great job having events for the tenants and when something needed to be fixed they were right on it. I decided to give them a 3 star because of the way they treated me while leaving. Charging me for a a duplicated that I never gave them. When I sent a email they didn’t respond back.

I’ve been living here for about 3 months now and I have to say / compared to bluegrass the staff and atmosphere is amazing. Maintenance is always on top of everything and the office often offers food, ice cream, games and snacks for the residents on a regular basis which makes you feel at home. One of the maintenance workers named Butch Hustick saw my window was broke one day in a storm and replaced my whole car door for free because I didn’t know how to put the part in - saved me a dollar and saved my car from being damaged. I also had a broken dishwasher when I moved in and he replaced it

Overall worse place I’ve ever stayed. The lack of respect given from the staff was ridiculous. Angie, the manager often couldn’t help with any situations brought to her. I’m unsure if it was a racial thing or not, as all of my roommates are Caucasian and we’re treated with respect whereas I am a black male who was pushed aside and disregarded whenever I brought anything to their attention.Whereas most of my situations were pushed off. I’ve been over charged multiple times, water is constantly shut off, laundry is expensive and there’s 1 washer and 1 dryer for your WHOLE building that

Amazing place to reside in Mount Pleasant for any college student. As a townie, I appreciate how close I am to everything while still being on the outer parts of town, but being near the campus, there’s everything around you could ask for. Convenience stores, park access, as well as stores all within walking distance or a short drive. Super friendly and responsive staff, as well as speedy maintenance teams, all while having both affordable, and comfortable already furnished apartments!

The Edge is a great place to live! The office staff is so kind and helpful and the maintenance team is so quick to resolve problems! It is the perfect place to live while going to CMU. One of the best parts of living here is all of the resident events they host with lots of free food and drawings to win prizes! I would HIGHLY recommend living here if you want a place that really cares about their residents!!

THE EDGE services are really good. I have been living here for almost 1 year. The management team is so kind and always available for help.. Maintenance are always up to date and if in case you have any problem, they are available immediately to response.
Very convenient to live here, gave special offer for longer term lease which was absolutely phenomenal.
Also The Edge celebrates small and big events and always share slices of pizzas, candies, drinks, snacks, and organize games for the residents.
