The manager named Shanna is easily one of the rudest humans I have ever encountered. You would think people hungry for your money would act polite but oh no not this woman. I don’t even understand how she could still have a job there, I bet they get so many complaints about her. I’ll never go through AMG again and highly recommend u don’t (unless they fire her lol).

While it is a cheaper place to live, it is overall pretty nice for the price. I've always gotten quick responses from the office and the staff are all respectiful and helpful. During the beginning of covid they were quick to keep their residents informed on their new policies, etc. It's also not too far from campus which is nice, especially in the winter. I also got my full security deposit back at the end of my lease. In summary, it's a good place for a college student to live. (I lived in a 4 bedroom, 4 person apt)

Absolutely Wonderful Experience. Kat Fisher Assisted Me Today And Was Nothing But Nice. She Answered Every Question I Had Thoughtfully And Thoroughly With No Hesitation. I’m Looking For A New Apartment Next Year And I Have To Say She Literally Sold The Deal. I Wish I Had This Type Of Service At Every Apartment Complex I Went To.

Cheap place to live. When we moved in there were a host of small wear and tear things, such as peeling trim and cracked counters. When we moved out, we were charged for the tiniest of things, like one single blind being bent out of shape. Also they charged us for a "bad drywall patch" that their maintenance crew did themselves. Do not expect to get your security deposit back and be prepared to pay another $300+ on move out day.

I lived with AMG in Lexington Ridge for four years and had a good experience. Free laundry, affordable apartments, and a staff that is willing to work with you. I know a lot of people have reported bad experiences here, and there are certainly some areas that could be improved. But that can be said of pretty much any property owning entity. If you pay your rent and try to work with the office you shouldn't have any problems living here. For what you pay, I don't think there is a better option in Mt. Pleasant.
