I live in tallgrass apartments currently and I want to start by saying the staff is super amazing matter fact they are all very phenomenal the apartments complex is super quiet for being student / family housing it is very affordable and the units them selves are very well kept lots of nee updates carpets etc. overall it has been one of the best places my family has lived in in the central Michigan area we love it here thanks again staff we love u all.

This place is as bad a place to live as any I have seen. Management runs the place like Auschwitz. Except the personnel is incompetent. The apartments are over priced for what you get. Carpet destroyed when I moved in. Doors broken as well as blinds. Terrible paint on the walls. Half of the outlets didn't function properly. All of which you will be charged for when you move out. I had items stolen from my vehicle on several occasions. I couldn't go to school out of fear of my apartment being gone through because some wiring or the like needed worked on and I wasn't notified in advance to be there

Out of all the apartment complexes I have lived in throughout college, Tallgrass is by far the best. The maintenance staff is fantastic and efficient, not to mention the staff in the office who are easy and wonderful to talk to! I plan to live here until I graduate and recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment!!!

When we moved in May 2018 it was a great place to live. Since then it has slowly become a living nightmare! I’ve had so many issues with the office staff, including the manager. I called the office April or May 2020 to see what next months payment would be (since it changes when you renew the lease due to the credit) I paid what they said I owed in APRIL. This week NOVEMBER (almost 7 months later) they are trying to come after me and saying I owe them 300$ for April since only a “partiaI payment” was made. -might I add I was in the office August with the same issue and they said I was up

Tallgrass is the first apartment I moved into after living in the dorms and I plan to stay here until I graduate! The two bedroom apartment is the perfect size for my boyfriend and I. The office and maintenance staff are very friendly and I’ve never waited longer than a couple hours for maintenance to come fix something. All around very pleased!

I had a great experience with Tallgrass compared to some of the other complexes in mount pleasant. The office staff was fantastic! They always helped me as soon as they could, and the office always had snacks. I also really appreciate them hosting holiday events and other social events. Hands down some of the nicest apartment-office staff I’ve ever encountered.
