Just recently moved in, Leasing Agent Kazzandra did a great job finding an apartment for me. She was helpful through out the process, answered questions when needed. Only problem for not giving five was because of when moving in, refrigerator didn’t work right, was warm (thought it needed a day to cold). So they removed it and changed to a temporary one. Bathroom was done in a rush (by contractors, I think). Otherwise everything seem good to go.

The only reason I gave it two stars instead of one was because the leasing lady kazzandra is very helpful and nice. Now, as for the apartment, when I moved in the balcony door doesn’t shut all the way or lock, the bed room had paint missing, the bathroom had stains on the sink and was filthy with grime in the actual shower, And the kitchen counter has burn holes and is bubbling. All of this should have been addressed prior to move-in in my opinion. Once I made a maintenance inquiry, since I didn’t want anyone entering my apartment when I wasn’t home, they came and fix most of the problems

Susan found a place for me to call my own! I had been looking for a place to settle into and after visiting several apartment complexes I stumbled upon Fox Hill. From the onset the vibe was different, more of a community than just a place to live. I observed people coming and going, greeting each other as they passed and after speaking with Susan I was confident she would find the perfect apartment for me to call home and did she ever! Impressed! From my first interaction with Susan, I knew I was home. She was kind, courteous and professional. She spent time getting to know us and seeing what our needs were in order to find us the right apartment. As a life-long renter, this is the first time I felt a connection with the leasing agent and that they actually cared. Move in went smoothly. The community here is friendly and helpful. Happy to call the Flats at Fox Hill home!

I've never written a Yelp review but the customer service here is not satisfactory whatsoever that I'm motivated to write a post. Every time I email the leasing office a question they do not respond until I persistently follow up. This was an ongoing problem even before I signed my lease (which should have been a red flag). There were extra charges when I first moved in that I wasn't sure what they were for. I had to email a couple different people at the office until I got a response. I had a question about why my account kept saying I was charged late fees (turns out it was fees

I lived in building 2 at The Flats at Fox Hill for 2 years. There are several pros, but the cons overwhelmed the pros and I was very glad when I left.
Pros:
-Nice hardwood floors
-Nice oven and decent fridge and dishwasher
-My corner unit was fairly quiet and had a nice little balcony overlooking a wooded area
-Cute little pool
-Convenient location--close to Monroeville Mall, Giant Eagle, Target, and this location offers easy access to the turnpike and downtown.
-Also, they allow pets.
Cons:
Dark, dingy hallways that smell overwhelming (in a bad way) at dinner time.
Shoddy construction

First year was great! Nice neighbors, friendly staff, great price. Second year....horrible neighbors that were noisy and rude, no investigation of noise complaints no camera to catch the constant stream of people in and out of the neighbors apt. Constantly complained about noise issues nothing was done. Ended up relocating due to unresolved issues. Beware!

The office employee Leah made apartment hunting effortless! I was deciding on the best location to move to be closer to work. Leah consistently accommodated my busy schedule! Needless, to say Leah scheduled me multiple viewings of the available apartments.She was very willing to put my needs first and as a customer I felt valued. During the apartment search Leah remained pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend The Flats at Fox Hill Apartments because the staff is exceptional, the buildings are well kept and the location is great!

Not a great place to live! It is overpriced and not worth it! The apartments are dirty and not well kept. I found a bottle of something and baby socks underneath the bathroom counters when we moved in. The power has gone out a few times already and there is no backup generator!!! To me this is ridiculous!!! For what we pay, I should not have to sit in the dark and not be able to cook my food! The washing machines are old and ruin your laundry!! The elevators are super slow!! The water pressure in the showers is very weak. We changed our shower head and it still did not help. The floors have paint

I currently live here and I like it here. I've been here for several years. The front office staff is nice, laundry facilities, and a safe neighborhood. My apartment is beautiful and the when you need something fixed they come by the next day. They keep the grounds clean and always have people cleaning as well the hallways and other public areas.

The front office staff is amazing! It was one of the least stressful lease signings I've gone through, and I've been renting for the past 8 years. The price for the apartment rental can't be beat. However, a few things to point out:
the "newly" build gym does not look like the picture. There are 2-3 cardio machine and 1 workout "bowflex" type machine. As soon as I walked in, it was so stuffy I could hardly breathe. Needless to say, I signed up for gym membership at LA fitness across the street.
