Dan With Integrity Home Inspections was very thorough with his inspection of our house. Hired this company to conduct an inspection of a house I was intending to purchase. The inspector, Dan Parilla, “inspected” the house and found the roof to be in “satisfactory” condition. This was 2-3 months after a major hail storm. He did NOT take any pictures of the roof. He offered 0 pictures of anything he claimed to be “satisfactory.” His negligence and lack of attention to detail, is now evident when a new inspector, and a follow up insurance agent / inspector both state that my roof is in “very poor shape” and needs to be replaced.
