I moved here in June 2021 and when I initially moved in they didn’t have the form for me to report issues with my unit, didn’t have my mailbox key. I have a fully upgraded unit yet my dishwasher NEVER worked along with my dining room light and dimmer, kitchen Bluetooth, hallway light! NONE OF IT WORKED but I’m paying an extra for an upgraded unit with no upgrades. The washing machines in my building don’t work and after talking to neighbors they haven’t worked in years. My building is also one of many that is infested with mice. I’ve been calling the rental office about all mentioned

I am a resident at the regency pointe apartments and have worked with Myriam on several occasions. All of the staff was very pleasant with me since I’ve moved in , with this being my first apartment I’ve had a pleasant experience. Myriam has been very kind with me and understanding when it comes to my rent and personal issues ! I appreciate this staff a lot I plan to renew my lease and hope to work with them more often.

This apartment complex does not care at all about its residents. The apartments are literally old and need to be remodeled. The leasing office doesn't help get things fixed nor do they answer the phone. Someone broke into my apt while i was in the bed sleeping, Maintenance took a week a WEEK to replace my door lock. Two days later a ceiling leak in my bathroom happened an 3 mice fell from the ceiling. HOW DISGUSTING IS THAT. Do you know the hole in my ceiling still has not been repaired. My apt always has bugs , mice and just alot of BS. People outside getting shot and its not a good area

On June 14, I had the best customer service, I've had in years. Miss Tina Adams, was a breath of fresh air. The level of professionalism she gave me that day was PHENOMENAL!! I have lived here all of four months and am ready to move out!! Up until 2 weeks ago I had no kitchen cabinets, and was constantly lied to. I still have a dry rotted cabinet which they have not replaced. The garbage disposal sounds like metal is in it and is rigged with exposed wiring. There are mice in all of the apartments and they say have not removed the dead mouse from behind my stove. I can't use the stove because of mouse droppings on and in it. This place does not deserve any stars. folks beware they are the biggest thieves and liars. how does rental payments disappear from a ledger???? everyone from the rental office to the corporate office is incompetent. everyone in the rental office is ghetto and ignorant the folks at the corporate office think that they are high and mighty but don't have a clue on how to handle accounts nor do they respect the residents. there has been so many killings in this complex one on 12/17, 5/18 and several shootings and stabbings. regency pointe is the biggest hang out spot for killers, drug dealers

I too live at Regency Pointe Apt and have just experienced the worst morning of my life. Despite repeated maintenance requests and follow up to the leasing office to repair my front door over the course of 2 months, nothing has happened. A few weeks ago a man attempted to break into my apartment despite me yelling at this man through the door to leave me alone, he was persistent. I called 911 and the situation was handled, the man was removed from the property, however my fears and paranoia increased.
