Moved in NOV 4th & didn’t do my research. ( read reviews) I mean it’s a roach motel!!!The first day of me moving in i seen 1 roach. It’s DEC 29th 2021. I’ve seen 15 roaches in total! I’ve NEVER had this problem in my life. This is beyond me. The neighbors smoke and drink on the front all day. I work 2 jobs & when I come home. I want to relax. That’s not happening here because I’m afraid of anything that crawls. Oh, the hallway smells terrible. I feel like the same spots that’s been on the hallway floor since I moved here is still there but fading. My front door is chipped and ugly

My apartment was broken into on a holiday between the hours of 7am and 3pm. That means broad daylight and EVERYONE was home. I personally think that it was maintenance that burglarized my place. No investigation was conducted. Not by the police or by the management company. They willingly terminated my lease without penalty. By far, the worst experience I have ever had.

This property use to be so well kept and managed properly I have lived here since 2016 maintenance used to take care of work needed in your home management use to inspect often managers use to respond to your calls needless to say none of this is done anymore the property looks a mess maintenance is lazy and seen working on they car and having them washed doing work hours the manager always over talks you you can’t get a word out there are so many guys hanging out that does not even live here huge dogs everywhere there is one young lady at the front desk that will get things done for you however

I have been living in this complex for 6 years. I freaking love this community. It’s convenient to shopping and the metro. I have not had any problem with bugs the entire time I’ve been here. Everybody in my building looks out for one another. If FedEx/UPS leaves packages my neighbors will hold it for me. I enjoy the sense of community here. The kids can play outside without any problems. The India kids and black kids all play together and go to the same school. I would highly recommend Penn Mar. The only con I have is the laundry facility. It is not at all safe because it’s not locked and

They need to have a staff meeting, definitely on professionalism, handling tenants concerns etc...A serious make over is needed for this company or they will always have issues. I’ve been here 3 Mos and is ready to go!! I pay too much to feel like I’m on public housing.
They played with me , breached my leasing agreement, due to a so called error on last management , so much more I can say but I’ll rather talk to the actual owner. Nothing is getting resolved. Not a good feeling . Just praying to God he get

I've been here a month an I'm ready to go honestly i wish i could take the 1 star away. I've giving them a list of all things that needs to be fixed not to mention poor cleaning done prior to me moving in I've been to office multiple times asking them to fix and clean things no one has done NOTHING i just keep getting broken promises. This place is terrible an don't plan on renewing my lease or recommending.

Honestly, I would give the place more than 5 stars. The staff is friendly, down to earth, courteous and professional. Maintenance responds the same day for any issues. The place is very clean and no roaches or other vermin. The plush wall to wall carpet is a winner. Daily educational programs for children including mentoring is a plus. Neighbors are friendly, diverse and respectful of each other. Crime is non existent and police patrol every day.
