We have multiple classes per week that are available to meet your fitness & learning needs. Our classes are private and personal. You won't have to worry about the public peering in through our front window while you workout.
Services
Brenda has been teaching Pole Fitness in Denver for over two decades. The Pole Vault is her second studio and sports some of the tallest poles in Denver. Her dance expertise allows for an all around experience. She believes in strength from the inside out and incorporates that strength building and muscle toning into all her classes.
VIP Monthly membership - For those of you who want to visit frequently, we offer a fee of $140/person/month. This allows you to visit us as many times as you wish in a monthly period. Introduction to Pole Workshop is offered by appointment only and is taught in a one on one private class. Please note that ALL Pole classes require a prerequisite introductory workshop.
Cardio, pole and strength combine to give you an invigoration workout that will keep you coming back for more! This is a special clinic for those that are new to vertical pole or for those who would just like to refresh their experience. In four consecutive weeks you will learn basic pole moves, strength and flexibility to increase your success for executing your new pole moves, transitional floor work and routine development.
Not for the faint of heart. 30 minutes of hardcore butt pumping, muscle firing circuits. Works the biggest muscles to get the biggest caloric burn. Circuits of squats, step ups, lunges, butt pumps to help target those important areas of the body. 15 minute stretch/warm up/cool down included. Are you looking for that push to the next level of your fitness goals?
Amber Villa joins our studio to bring her love of dance to our students. Styles from the 1940's and forward will be touched on to get your sweat going and your heart pumping. A combination of everyday movement and sultry choreography. This is SEXY STRIPTEASE - using clothing and the surrounding space to tease your audience.

The Pole Vault is absolutely an incredible place to learn how to find your inner sexiness. The classes and the workshops offered are always wonderful and teach you everything you need to know to successfully achieve your fitness and pole goals.
There are not enough wonderful things that can be said about Brenda. She truly is amazing at what she does. She listens, watches and teaches you to be the best at what you are doing. She has never put me in a position where she felt that I would not succeed or hurt myself. I would not go any place that I was not able to feel like I do at the Pole Vault
