Subpar compared to other places around here. Important packages get locked in a box and you have to struggle for weeks to get them out, the mail room is just a whole mess in itself. Insulation between floors is a joke, upstairs neighbor stomps like it’s his job every morning and every evening, no matter what we say to the leasing office the problem only gets worse. Most likely won’t be resigning a lease if it’s under this management. If there is one positive it’s that maintenance does a good job of being timely.

I wouldn't recommend anyone to live in this apartment complex!!! If I could give negative stars I would!! This rental experience has been a nightmare, management has become unresponsive to resident complaints. For the very expensive price you’re paying you're better off somewhere that cares about resident input instead of receiving backhanded responses when expressing concern about neighbor constant noise complaints. Never felt disappointment like this!!!

Stayed here for 2.5 years. The golf sim breaking 1 year in and not getting fixed was something we could deal with. The grills stoped working 1.5 years in and never got fixed, not terrible we could cook on our stove. Our package getting stolen because the locks to mail room are left wide open (seriously anyone could walk in right now there’s tons of packages there), not great but Amazon being super helpful replacing the item made the situation okay. The thing that takes the cake is our rent getting raised from $2400 a month to $3200 a month despite all of the issues they have had over the years

I've been here a few weeks now and with the new management company, RMK, things have been amazing! From cleaning up the mess the last management company left, to bringing great attitude, spirit and innovative ideas on how to manage certain situations better. More importantly, Beryl, has been such a pleasure to work with. She's been nothing short of fantastic from her every day winning spirit and attitude to getting things done right away when you have a problem. I was nervous moving in but Beryl and the RMK team have put mine and I'm sure other residents, minds at ease.

My boyfriend and I have lived here for a little less than a month and our experience has been nothing but amazing. Alina and the rest of the team were very quick to process our application and keep us updated along the way. In addition, Alina has been incredibly responsive when it comes to anything we have questions or concerns about. I never have to worry about if and when I am going to get a response, unlike other places I have lived at.

I am so glad I moved here! This place has everything from a nice beautifully courtyard maintained courtyard, a golf simulator, a billiards table in the main club room lobby, a fitness room with pretty much all you need and even a yoga studio! The property manager Alina is always very charming and professional! This place has only gotten better since I moved in late last year! tons of Improvements and I can't wait for the pool to be open!!
