It was really important to us as first time home buyers to be present for the home inspection of our new property. After getting our inspection scheduled for a time that worked for us and them they rescheduled to the following day because their “scheduling system glitches”. We show up at our scheduled day and time, no inspector shows up. We call the company and they had apparently scheduled the owner to do the inspection, who no longer does inspections. The owner told me to talk to the scheduler about this to get it rescheduled like it was our fault. We were not able to get our inspection done

We used SIHI to inspect a home we were looking to buy. Very impressed when we arrived early and found Nate already up on the roof and getting to work. The whole team was knowledgeable and professional, helping to put us at ease through the entire process. We received an extremely detailed report later that same day. We used Safe Investment Home Inspections, LLC for a new home we purchased. The entire process from start to finish was completely professional, everyone was friendly and helpful, they were able to schedule my inspection within a week of my call and gave me $50 discount for scheduling the sewer scope and radon testing in addition to my home inspection - they were VERY reasonably priced in comparison to other local inspectors and included more services (i.e. thermal imaging).

We have had two home inspections with this company, one by Nate and and one by Jeff, and Joel inspected the sewer both times. We can’t say enough nice things about the three of them and Safe Investment Home Inspections. They were professional and friendly, quick working and trustworthy. When I purchased my first home, I used Nate with Safe inspection. The experience was so great, it was a no-brainer to utilize their services again. My boyfriend and I are upgrading and purchasing a beautiful home that's been fix and flipped. We, of course, had concerns about the quality of the flip and any underlying issues it could have.
