When it comes to property management, Varsity Campus has no B-team. Our combined experience, passion and capital have allowed Varsity Campus to develop and grow an outstanding reputation among both residents and investors. Jerry joined Newman Development Group in 2012 to grow the company's student housing portfolio. In 2015, he launched Varsity Campus, an independent student housing management firm and served as the Company's Chief Operating Officer. Jerry was named the Chief Executive Officer in 2018 and directs all aspects of the Company's operating and investment platforms.
Varsity Campus (Varsity) is a student housing property management company based in Chicago that provides its clients with an experienced team that is dedicated to the success of its asset. Once in place, our team will work with our partners on an individual level to ensure that the long term goals of their investment strategy are met.

My favorite thing about this place is the security staff. I feel protected and safe in my living space. Although Chicago can be a rough place to live, the security guards help foster a friendly and safe environment. I also like that this apartment complex is really close to my school’s campus and the residents in the building are college students, too. The leasing office hosts a lot of community events which are fun!

I really enjoy the location of this apartment complex, as well as the way the building and apartments are set up. They’re very modern with a lot of space, and the staff are all very nice and considerate overall! It’s a great place to live whether you’re a student or just looking to explore the West Loop area in a great part of the city.

I have lived at Lakeside commons for over a year and it’s been great ! Staff is helpful and responsive. The amenities are awesome. Private gym, study rooms, lounge area where you can hang out. The units are very nice and luxurious as you can see in this picture.

I’ve been living at a Varsity Campus managed property for 2 months now and can say it is definitely the highest quality off campus apartment complex I have encountered. The staff responds to emails promptly and work orders are dealt with in a very timely matter. The communication from management to the students is great and a huge reason why I enjoy living in a Varsity Campus property 👍

I absolutely love living at The Letterman Chicago.
The Amenities, the Management and the overall environment are extremely uplifting and form the perfect surroundings for a college student, since it’s close to campus, practical and fulfills all the essential and non essential requirements of a college student or any other type of resident. I would definitely recommend everyone to consider this apartment building as an option for their off-campus living requirements! :)

Yesterday's Fiasco, Shiit show, and chaos was unacceptable. You can hide from the parents and students but you can't hide from the law nor God.
How dare you treat our students like Dogs, slum lords. Took our money and thought it ok to place our students in NASTY, MOLD, FILTHY apartments.
