I wouldn't recommend the inspector Gordon Z. to inspect your properties in the future he is not a reliable professional inspector from our inspection. The inspection was when my mother was purchased her first house and I was present on this inspection so I remember. I will continue to stand by my review because everyone has their own opinions and experience so no still shame on you have a great day.

Currently we are in the process of purchasing a home, so I had to hire someone fast for inspection.
Gordy was very engaging and explained everything that we questioned.
Additionally, the report that Gordy composed was extremely impactful. The report included photos which I was really happy to have.

Advanced Home Inspections is great and Gordy really knows what he is doing. Rather than looking for someone with a license, pick Gordy who has a license and experience as a builder. He not only knows all of the things he's supposed to look for; but he also *understands* them! He does a great job being thorough and complete and knows how to explain his reports to buyers so they don't "freak" out!

Gordy saved us. We are buying a new home and while an inspection isn't required for new properties we hired Gordy (owner and operator) anyway. Thanks to his IR camera he was able to detect a large portion of the upstairs did not have any insulation and in a couple of other spots the insulation was blown away. Additionally, he was able to expedite his report to get those findings to the builder in a matter of hours!
Without a doubt Gordy is a great inspector and would happy recommend him and his IR camera to any friend.

Gordy was the best! From the very first phone call I felt at ease and knew I was going with the right home inspector.
