My building has a total of 8 parking spaces in front it. The building has 32 units. You are not guaranteed a spot even at 2000/month rent. I constantly walk over 1000 feet after parking to get to my building. The leasing office will try to sell you garages and reserved spaces for hundreds extra per month instead of addressing the problem.

A family member of mine has had numerous problems with their unit from air quality in the unit, ceiling leaks from unit above (repaired but left the ceiling with out uniform look), washing machine broke and it took them 2 days before repair, carpet seams came apart within 3 months of moving in and there were other small issues that they had to contend with.

AVOID! If you are looking for peace and quiet do not move here. I have been here since december and it is the worst complex. You can hear everything in the building... Additionally, there are about 6 baseball fields behind the complex, the amount of noise is ridiculous. Practices from the fields are daily and sometimes last until 11pm. As practice is ending kids play tag in the parking lot, loud music comes from the cars in the parking lot and lets not forget the car alarms that seem to go off every night. During the weekends there are tournaments which start as early as 6am meaning; you can never

Great amenities. Private, quiet, peaceful community. Very thankful for opening the pool last year! Responsive administrative and maintenance service. I don't give four stars or more because they haven't resolved issues in the business center and their conflict management approach left a poor taste in my mouth (likely just the management style of the previous GM).

I came in looking to view this property for a potential home and i received so much more. The property is a amazing but the customer service that received made in 10x better. Crystal Duty had a very friendly attitude. She took her time explaining all of the features and amenities. She even took the time suggesting where i could arrange my furniture in the bedrooms. She gave me options with the different styles of floor plans. The community is nicely kept and the neighbors were nice as well. If your looking for a home try The Yards at Fieldside Village , i promise you won't be disappointed. Thank

These are very inexpensively built buildings that are not energy-efficient will cost you a lot in utilities and have various issues including poor HVAC units that can barely keep the apartment heated in the winter and where you'll need space Heater to help to heat your apartment. While living in these apartments we have suffered through mice infestation in the walls and says water pipes breaking due to freezing in the walls flooding the entire apartment with up to 2 inches of water.These are not luxury apartments but low quality built apartments.

My husband and I are living here since we needed a place to live halfway between Wilmington, DE and Baltimore. It has been a fantastic experience. The staff has been exceptional. Both my husband and I work 10+ hour days, and we also have the commute after work, which means we are never here during the week to receive our packages. That doesn't matter though, because any time I get a package notification from Anna, all I need to do is ask and they will drop off the packages every time.
