Alright to live without the management that they have now they only care about money and not fixing anything. All of the apartments flood sewage coming in your tub 🤢 3 times in one year. Ceiling leaking from upstairs bathroom 🤢 but your told the plumber will come on his convenience! Wow well moved out and the whole was still in the ceiling from August till November. Wish I could post my pictures but I’ll send them to HUD !

The apartments are really nice. I live in a friendly very neighborly building. My complaint is with the mismanagement of the complex since we acquired new owners 6 mos ago or so. I had an issue that I reported promptly and I'm still waiting 6 mos later for a resolution that they caused. I put in a work order also to get my sink and shower repaired 2 mos ago and I'm still waiting for some one to even come look at it they are the worst. The property manager is very good at giving you double talk and unfulfilled promises. These are slumlord practices to me and I'm no longer a happy, satisfied customer

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!
I am extremely low maintenance but these folks are the absolute worst.
I leave on a business trip,(mind you I've been living here for months) , expecting to be able to pay my rent via online... Nope, the web site is permanently down.
No warning, no email, no text nothing.
Now they are trying to charge me Late fees and STILL can not provide a way for me to pay the rent.

To make things worse, the heat has been broken since I moved in (November)... It's March now... talk about a cold winter.
I've been getting charged for the heat still however.

It's quiet and clean they keep the outside looking nice they stay outta your business but the lady is barely in the office and only has one maintenance man and they don't see not having air conditioning as an emergency to come and fix my air stop working a few times and lately there's been a lot of crickets in my house
