Pulling up to the entrance of Uptown Square, I have to say was very impressive. Beautiful landscaping and clean. However, what I found to be the most impressive was the Leasing Agent, Siobhan. She is the face of this place and let me tell you, she knows her business. Siobhan touched on every point of this place from A-Z leaving you with almost no questions. She is professional, entertaining and you can clearly see she loves her job. My son is hoping to reside here and I have to say, I can see why. Siobhan made us feel so welcome and left us with a smile on our faces. Thank you Siobhan!

I recently took a tour of the Uptown Square Apartments, and I have to say I was thoroughly impressed. Great vibe, beautiful exterior and the greatest part about it was speaking with the leasing agent Siobhan. My mom came on the tour with me and she left us with no unanswered questions! She's a wonderful person, knows her job in full detail, and made us feel comfortable and happy. I'm looking forward to being a resident at Uptown! Thank you again Siobhan you were awesome.

Excellent experience from first contact through move-in. Jesse, Siobhan, Eric and Jacob are good to work with and work hard to ensure the community is well-maintained, quiet and pleasant to live-in. They cleanliness of the unit at move-in was excellent. The units are comfortable. The maintenance response is excellent. If you are looking for a quiet, well-maintained, orderly community with friendly and caring management, this is a good option.

I’ve been living at UTS for a couple months now and I honestly wouldn’t want to live anywhere else in Michigan. The complex is gorgeous and clean. I fell in love with my apartment since day one! From the moment I moved in, I’ve had no complaints. The office staff Siobhan, Erik, and Jessie are beyond wonderful. They are super friendly, always ready to assist and answer any questions you have. They genuinely care about the community and want you to make it your home.

We moved here in late December, and has been the best move of our life. Siobhan, Jesse, Eric and have been an amazing team to work with through the moving in process. Our neighbors are great, the pool is amazing and the team at Uptown Squares is always available to help us when we need something. PS. Our dogs love living here too.

We were tenants here from October 2020-April 2021. We had to unfortunately move back home due to some unforeseen circumstances. With that being said we were hopeful that it being covid related times they would be accommodating when it came to the $3,300 fee to break the lease. Sadly, no. The office staff did not have the authority to help, which is understandable and when we had to go to Edward Rose and Sons accounting we were in touch with Heidi. When I had asked how it has been over a year since the pandemic hit, people losing their jobs, etc and they still had no plan in place her response was

I cannot wait to move into this amazing community! I have just recently started the process of applying for an apartment here and everyone I’ve spoken with has been incredible. Just today I spoke with Jesse and Siobhan and they answered all of my questions, fully putting my mind at ease and helping me get on the right track for the application process. If this is a sign of things to come, I know I’m going to be in great hands at Uptown Square!
