Worst apartments I've ever lived in. Extremely overpriced. Took them 3 weeks to replace the drywall on our ceiling in the bathroom. It was on the verge of collapsing. Had mold shortly after that took them days to remove. AC was out for 3 weeks. They replaced the unit with a unit that did not work. Took them a few more days to replace it with a working unit. Now they are trying to charge me a fee for insufficient funds. Paid my rent on the 1st, they tried to pull rent out of another account 3 days later and it got returned. The office staff is snarky and does NOTHING to try and help. I will not

Maintenance has always been quick and fixed any problem within a good time frame. However my apartment is COVERED in EARWIGS currently and everyone I talk to thinks it’s a joke. I was told it’d be resolved last Friday and here I am, staying in a hotel when I have an overpriced apartment, being told they’ll have someone come out this Friday because they’re harmless and they don’t think it’s a big deal. I don’t exactly want to pay this much money every month to have to deal with bugs… I can’t get up without seeing 3-4 of them at a time

Not a pet friendly apartment! Frustrating when apartments say they are and they’re clearly not!
Unless they have updated their breed restrictions they have some of the craziest “aggressive” breeds I’ve seen... If you don’t want large dogs just say that but to actively list dogs that are known as being incredibly friendly as aggressive just because they are medium to large is insulting! Then not to have certain small dogs that ARE known for being aggressive listed just because they are small... Be consistent!

This response of the business owner is flimsy, not addressing the worst complaints such as UNCONTROLLED CURRY FUMES, entrapping lease contracts, and loud noise from i-75 (despite new barriers installed, you won't get much sleep with the 1970s original metal-frame windows, which leak profusely during winter!)
The moment we finally escaped these apartments I had tears of joy. Now, we live in a clean beautiful home, in peace and quiet -- no longer subject to loud main door SLAMS at all hours of the night, creaky main stair noises, or being greeted by rusty bikes and plastic toys strewn around

apartments are worn down. maintenance does not know what they are doing, and unfortunately either does the office staff. they take forever to fix major issues, my heat and air have been out for almost two months! And it is still not fixed. Very bad customer service. STAY AWAY

This is easily the WORST apartment I have ever lived in. For one thing, it’s extremely overpriced for the area. They don’t offer anything special to accommodate for their high rent, including not having recycling. Not a single one of our closet doors close correctly; some don’t at all. Every single appliance in our apartment has broken more than once in less than 6 months. Sometimes, maintenance is responsive. Other times, I have to put in the request 3 or 4 times before someone comes to fix the issue. The laundry facility is operated by a preloaded card that you can’t add money to online

(2) Rude neighbors - stray unsupervised kids are allowed to run around screaming, all day, everyday.
(3) Aging property - especially the walls - you can hear the neighbors conversations -- super creepy
(4) ALL HALLWAYS SMELL LIKE CURRY! EXCEPT THE MODEL UNIT
(5) incompetent, uncaring, lying management - nothing has been done about several major issues described above despite incessant complaints

Prior to speaking with Tiffany Child’s at Three Oaks, I have had a very difficult time not only reaching leasing offices but getting a prompt response after ever talking to anyone. Tiffany was very thorough and personable. She was willing to literally walk me through the process step by step. I look forward to living in this community in hopes that it is a reflection of Tiffany and the Three Oaks Staff.

I've lived at this apartment complex for the past year. Overall, I don't have much to complain about. The location is prime, they offer amenities like the pool and the gym which they just renovated. The apartments themselves are well maintained with same-day or next-day service. There is a good mix of people here too. Young children, working young adults, to retirees. If you have kiddos they will love the playground and the pool. This location is pet friendly too with no weight restrictions (some breed restrictions I believe).

I currently live in this apartment. I donno how this apartment got so much ratting from others. This is a very old apartment. I heard from other people that they lived here in 1980. But when I asked the manager, she said it's built in 1997. I didn't believe that. Everything looks very old and service is very poor too. I would like to move out of this apartment whenever I get something good

Been here for more than a year and we are liking it better than our first apartment out in Southfield. Central a/c works great although I would like a digital programmable thermostat. Recently got an awesome new treadmill in the community workout room. They are pet friendly and even allowing small dogs now in some buildings.
