I have lived here over 2 years and under LR Management for two months. I'm embarrassed now to say I live here. Have gone to the office to pay rent, someone was inside though had the doors locked during regular business hours I am disabled and can not get to the office easily. Yet I have asked many times for assistance. If someone does answer the phone they are not of any assistance. I have been calling for over 2 weeks to get a Leakey toilet fixed I will not be responsible for any damages I am very adamant as to the care my home This latest disregard has landed me yet in the hospital again w

Lived in a former apartment managed by this company and after writing a lengthy letter citing the Michigan law, which they broke several times, I was issued my full security deposit back. Be wary as they will upgrade apartments and then attempt to use the security deposit to pay for it. Recently moved next to a complex they manage and emailed them about a potential security issue, letting them know I called the police twice. No response at all from the management company. And from the reviews from tenants here, it seems things are continuing to get worse not better.

What a horrible experience living at they "newly renovated Rochester Club apartments" and experiencing the laughable service they claim property management. I HEAVILY RECOMMEND NOT LIVING AT ANY of their managed assets. Lets begin with the collapse of my bedroom ceiling in my apartment. Below, you can see what i walked into around 8 pm at night. My first response was to call the "24 hour emergency maintenance" what a joke, i called 5 times and each time was redirected to the off-hours office message. I wasnt contacted by the Property manager until the next morning at 1030 in the morning. The handling

I've worked at LR management for 3yrs and have never been as satisfied at a job more than here. The work life balance is amazing and the people that work here are great! The company truly cares about both it's employees and residents. I highly recommend this company for employment, management, and your residences.

Definitely a management company that cares about its residents. They are always responsive in helping with even smallest issues, and encourage a friendly community environment. We here at our community, are fairly new to the LR Management family, and if I must say, the changeover has been a positive one. From the corporate office staff, to community employees, everyone I've had the pleasure of meeting, so far, has been nothing, but welcoming.
