Dylan was the best home inspector money can buy. He spent almost 3 hours with me answering every question i had about the smaller minutia regarding the care of the home, potential issues, and even maintenance. He took lots of time to help explain the various tips and advice he had regarding the care of the home. He was extremely friendly and kind in answering any dumb question I had. I cant recommend him enough especially to home buyers like myself who are new to the region and to home ownership in general.

Dylan provided meaningful feedback on items needing attention (e.g., leaking hose bib, loose stair nosing) while gauging relative urgency of the fixes. He demonstrated his expertise as we discussed the expected lifespan of cellulose insulation & water heaters, root infested sewer lines and CO test of the gas fireplace. The report was thorough with photos and will serve as a reference in the future (e.g., location of water shutoff). Dylan is amazing! He is exceptionally thorough and very friendly. He took the time to explain all of his concerns with us and gave us suggestions on what to expect in the coming years of owning our house, and did not leave until he was sure we did not have any more questions for him. Also, he was available to inspect our home within a couple of days of contacting him-- I was told that getting an inspector out within a week is the norm, but Dylan came through for us in a flash. Dylan was awesome. His inspection was extremely thorough. My wife followed him around for most of the inspection and not once did he make her feel like she was in the way. As he found things, he explained them to her in a way that someone not in the industry could understand easily. Extremely polite and precise.
