If I could give them zero stars I would . This company has fraudulent business practices. They are putting in judgments with the city of Philadelphia on previous tenants to scam covid relief money from the city.

I was originally extremely unhappy with DJCRE and how they handled maintenance requests but they have since been communicative and competent with handling our home's numerous problems. While communication seems to be lacking between departments, my current experience with them seems to be proceeding smoothly. I especially appreciate Joe, who goes above and beyond to communicate with me and my roommate. Thank you for your help, Joe!

I have rented for them for about a year now, every time I have an issue it takes a very long time for them to get back to me. My Maintenace issues have NEVER been resolved. The office employees are very unprofessional and rude, they actually hung the phone up on me while I asked for a break down of my current balance that was too high due to then not updating my payments. Rose is especially very rude to me. I wish they were as professional as they imply to be.

What can I say? I would have read these reviews, believe them. It's the worst company to rent from. So, agreed to rent over the phone with FRED ( don't trust him) because I lived in California and I was moving to Philadelphia. When I got to Philly, the apartment was a mess, it was dirt as hell, no air condition (it was hot), no laundry, I found mice!! I told Fred about and he only made a joke about it. They will be friendly at they will never answer your emails or phone calls. Do yourself a favor and do not rent here, pay a little more but don't rent here.

Please believe the other negative reviews! This is a predatory company preying on marginalize poor people.

Received an email from an Agent Monica Wright in regards to a property for rent. After researching the area I reached out to Ms Wright via text to request pictures of the property, I was then instructed to google the address to find pictures of the front of the house because there were no interior pictures available. Odd~ but ok I then attempted to schedule an appointment to see the property and an additional property I had found on the website.

Very rude and entitled. A typical middle man business model. Do as little as possible for as much as possible. Also in my experience they billed me for water without providing a bill. They said it would be too much work for them to provide actual statements to us. Claiming the bill was one of many for which they provide no proof of usage. Now my landlord and i have moved on and it turns out i owe the water company over 200 dollars. We have been billed over 70 dollars a month for almost 2 years and somehow we have a balance.

I've experienced my fair share of bad landlords but djcre is the worst experience I've ever had. My boyfriend and I lived in a rat and roach infested third floor apartment with a total of three windows. One window was blocked by an air conditioner the other was locked permanently. We mentioned to djcre that the locked window could actually be a fire hazard (we were, afterall, on the third floor above a restaurant) and kindly asked if we could at least have keys to unlock in an emergency. This is the literal WORST property management company in the city, and that's saying a LOT!

I rented my house from DJCRE (Cilione Real Estate at the time) in Marconi West in 2007 and just moved out in 2018. I lived there and paid rent on time every month for 11 years. I only called them once for help when the hot water heater went. Everything else, I fixed myself.

Michelle and Fred ignore any concerns or questions you have and getting maintenance requests filled is a joke..they ignore or delete them. Total scam. Idk how this company has any good reviews, they must be fake. Have been in our place 2 months and have had easily 10+ issues all starting within the first weekend we moved in. Fred, Michelle, and everyone at DJCRE are amazing to work with. They managed my property for over 3 years and made things very easy. When it came time to sell my property they really shined. I told them a price I wanted to have it sold for and they were off to the races. They kept in touch through the process and my house just closed. I got higher then market value and experienced the most easiest process ever. It's a family business that treats their clients like family and fight for them. They are awesome. If I could give 0 stars I would; stole money, property basically needed to be torn down between fleas rotting tiles and holes in the ceiling. Unprofessional all the workers are rude and have attitude. Won't fix appliances and never gets back to you. NEVER rent from them in Philadelphia. So many other good realtors in this city I would never rent from these people again.

Very unprofessional, and unorganized at the office. No knowledge of Properties or accurate information. They actually appeared irritated that my spouse and I were asking them questions and seeking help.

I rented my house from them. Their employee took my first, last, and security deposit, and ran with it, none of that money ever went to the person owning my home, and the homeowner was later foreclosed upon due to lack of payments being made on the house. The only upside to this situation is that I was able to buy the house for cheap from the foreclosure lawyers.]

This realty company is very shady. They do not practice fair housing and equal opportunity. Their real estate agents are very disorganized and do not do any research on the houses or market that they are selling in. They do not list their properties on the MLS website as recommended by the National Association of Realtors.

As an owner of real estate, I think these guys are the worst! 2 weeks is the normal turn around time for a return call. They did NOTHING at the property, simply never showed up, and lied about it. They bad-mouthed their own employees. never do business with these people if you value your property or money
