Services
Rent is due in full at time of move-in, or if you wish to do monthly payments, rent is due the 1st of each month. Guests can park in the one-hour street parking located on Fell Avenue, or Town Public parking garage located right across the street on College Avenue within walking distance of the building.

The cost of a two bedroom apartment is way higher than other two bedrooms in the area. The apartments are okay but NOT worth the extra money...also gave my friend a five day notice to vacate at the start of the pandemic with no where to go, which I realize is more of a personal grimace but c’mon, it’s painfully obvious they only care about their tenants money and not the tenants themselves...

CPU posted on their Instagram to "Leave us a review. We want to hear from you!" So this is my honest review. When I first moved in I had a few first impressions. First, I found cheerios and a pen under my bed, which indicated that the property does not have the carpet/apartment thoroughly cleaned between tenants. Secondly, the apartment is very small and smells like the carpet has not been cleaned through multiple tenants. All the pictures shown on google are of the "updated" apartments, which is, in my opinion, misleading, as if the property is attempting to hide the nonupdated units. Third, the

So far, I have had a great experience here and I would like to give a shoutout to the maintenance gentlemen that have made me feel so comfortable throughout my move-in process. WES AND RICK went above and beyond in taking care of an issue I had with my couch. Not only were they friendly, but they were efficient and clearly knew what they were doing. I feel much more comfortable in my new apartment knowing that I can rely on them to take care of anything that could possibly go wrong inside the apartment. If I could give 6 stars instead of just 5, I would.

When I searched for apartments for my daughter attending ISU I had a hard time with the conditions and security of most of the buildings. As soon as I visited Uptown I knew it was the place to choose. Clean, maintained,walk to everything location, secure as can be. After 1 1/2 years she had to move out but all I can say is thank you to the staff for making it like home for my daughter. Knowing she was in a safe and clean place was huge peace of mind for this father. Not the cheapest but after visiting other places I see what the difference is.

The washer in the apartment above me broke and flooded my bathroom and bedroom. I called the office, but they weren't answering, so I ran down and informed them about the issue. Within 10 minutes, maintenance showed up. Wes was super friendly and did a great job explaining the problem and the steps he'd take to resolve it. The floor was dry within an hour and the carpet was dry within a day. Thank you, Wes!

Worst move out experience.
First, we were required to pay the full month’s rent, but forced to leave mid- May.
Secondly, the elevators in the building are not well kept. Out of the two elevators, one was out for multiple weekdays and there was no sign of attempting to fix it. It was not posted that it was out of order. The second elevator stopped working on move out day. Luckily, no one was inside. The management was not present (don’t work weekends) which led to multiple families having to walk down 5 flights of stairs (and back up) with luggage and furniture. Several students reported the

Our daughter is a transfer student coming to ISU in the Fall. We chose College Place Uptown for its close proximity to the campus as well as the lovely apartment. We are coming from out of state so we have made several trips back and forth. The staff at College Place Uptown could not be any nicer! They have been so helpful and answered any and all questions that we have had during the move in.
Everyone from the front desk to the maintenance staff are wonderful! We look forward to getting our daughter settled in and can't wait for her to meet her neighbors at College Place Uptown!

Good apartment but is incredibly expensive and you are expected to pay for your own electricity- only place on ISU's campus that does that. Electricity can run you about $30-$40 extra per month even though a 1 bedroom is now over $900 per month, they will not include it. Move out is a bit ridiculous because even though you pay between $700-$1,000 per month depending on your apartment they require you to clean it from top to bottom and will charge you for truly dumb things (ex: will charge you if bar stools are not wiped down).

I've lived here (in a standard one-bedroom, with my girlfriend) for two years. We are so thrilled with how this complex has treated us. We feel like we are home here. The facility is nice, and the location is ideal. There is not a better choice available than College Place Uptown when it comes to location. The building is safe, clean, and friendly. The leasing office staff always has something fun planned, like free hair cuts, free food, or a themed party/get-together. It is really a great place to live. I'd recommend it to anyone.
