I went to view 703 fairmont dr in bloomington il . They were Very responsive and it was very easy to schedule a time to view the property. What I didn’t appreciate was trying to be sold on a apartment that from the outside doesn’t look like a place worthy of the 950$ being asked of me. Not until i got inside did it look nice but even still not worth the asking price even in perfect condition 750$ at best. the hallway smelled like cigarettes, curry, and chicken grease. Not to mention being told there “ used to be” a roach infestation problem that was “taken care of” as anyone who knows

One of the best agencies to rent from on campus. I've rented from 3 and these are my favorite. They are helpful in finding places and prices that work for the student. Also they're flexible on working with you and send maintenence out within a day or two if you have any problems. They have top tier A+ customer service and respond very quickly to any questions or concerns. Genuine people who aren't just trying to make stacks on stacks.

I lived at my apartment with Redbird Property for 3 years during my time at ISU. They were always SO caring, accommodating, easy to talk to, and professional. The guys that work is the office were funny and un-intimidating. We would walk over to the RPM building (or call) whenever there was an issue, and they were understanding and usually quick to help us out. They even replaced our oven THE NEXT DAY when we let them know that it sparked at us while preheating. Also, rent is super affordable! My only down side is that I wish we had a better air conditioning system! But besides that, I loved my

Redbird Property Management is one of the worst companies I have ever rented with! Don't be fooled around by their cheap prices, it's cheap for a reason. Our apartment in normal not only leaked from the ceiling but also flooded the basement upon every rainstorm. Redbird Property Management was extremely hesitant to help the situation and actually turned around and sued us for the damages once we left. This was the worst experience of my life and I wouldn't even recommend this company to those I hate. Spend the extra money and live LITERALLY anywhere else!

We have been with Redbird for approximately 15 years and have never any issue that wasn't taken care of quickly. When the refrigerator conked out about 5:30 pm in the spring, a new one was delivered and installed by 8 pm. Last weekend, the air conditioner went out and within about an hour a service man was on the scene. Tom, Kevin, Bob and all of the people are super nice to deal with. Highly recommend Redbird!

Redbird is easily the best realtor company on campus.
1. All the other major companies around here pay their employees to get friend to write good reviews, Redbird is honest and true
2. They're cheap and don't mind if you pay rent late... at all
3. A maintenance person left our lights on and bedroom doors open over spring break. They kindly reimbursed us $20 without even having to ask
4. I got locked out once and they came and opened my door for free even though its supposed to be $50
5. Their employees are very sweet
