At Arbors at Eastland, we provide spacious 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments for rent in Bloomington, IL. Our apartments range from 512 - 900 SQ FT, with walk-in closets, dishwashers, & wash/dryer hookups available in select units. If you are needing more space, take a look at our 2-bedroom townhomes for rent.

Take a dip in one of our two large outdoor pools, break a sweat in our fitness center, and bring your furry friend down to the Pet Park! We strive to provide our residents with the best possible living experience while they are here with us.
Looking for pet-friendly apartments in East Bloomington, IL? Look no further than Arbors at Eastland Apartments! As one of the few pet-friendly communities, we proudly allow cats and dogs here. Pets may be dogs or cats but cannot be more than a total weight of 75 pounds per pet. We do not accept Pit Bull, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Wolf Hybrid, or any mix of these breeds.
No appointment is necessary to tour our community; however, it is always appreciated if you call ahead to make sure we are available to provide adequate time for you to tour and ask questions. Please arrive no later than one half hour prior to closing if you would like to tour the property. Everyone over 18 must have a valid photo ID to tour the community.

They keep posting ads that apartments are available on multiple platforms even though nothing is available. Need to waste time calling them multiple times with the hope that someone picks up and they then tell you they have no idea how the ad/posting came up and nothing is available. Extremely annoying.

I've not moved in yet, but my representative that walked me through the apartment was very kind and helpful. The apartment looked very clean and well-kept.
I was able to apply for my lease quickly. The only downside was they were slow on approving my application and weren't specific when I asked about it still being "pending". They also didn't let me move in to the currently available apartment for a month after I got approved for the unit.

The staff here are amazing. They are very courteous and will help you out any chance they get. Some of the installation processes (carpet, flooring, repairs, etc.) could be improved. They may need to find a better maintenance crew or a Facility Manager that could keep an eye on things. All in all, I really enjoy living here.
