As my roommates and I usually say, "gotta love the flats." I have lived here for 3 years going onto my 4 and final year. (junior year-second year graduate student).
Amazing Units, with different options and styles.
Helpful and amazing amenities (free printing, grills, fireplace, gym, and study room.
Great staff in the office and maintenance. They are always there when you need them.

Do not live here!! I moved in to the flats in June and didn’t have many problems until August. Once August came the first week of school they decided to replace every provider they had include internet and tv which was annoying and we were not told about it until a couple of days prior, with these new changes I had to pay 70$ which was not part of… my agreement with them 20$ of that was a service fee which was ridiculous. Then they decided to change providers which we paid through. Now I had to set up a new account and have to pay a fee every single month for paying with a credit card

I’ve lived here for a few months and already cannot wait to move out! The maintenance people are really sweet and do their absolute best. They deserve more credit!! The people in the office are really rude (except for Alex) and the managers are a whole different level of rude. When I was staying by myself over the summer I was only there 2 days a week (8-10 days for the whole month) and somehow went over $30 on my electric bill. BOGUS!! Save the stress and save your money by not living here!!

The apartments are generally well-kept, and there are a lot of good things that go along with living here (fitness center, a lounge with printing, close to campus, cable, wifi). However, pretty much everything else about living here is a disaster.
Stay clear of renting here. They will lure you in with gift card promotions and a tour of a well kept… apartment. But don't do it. It's not worth the experience you will have living here.
The management could not care less about you as a person. Instead of focusing on keeping you safe, they will pry every penny out of you they possibly can. My
