I moved here from Washington state. I had to move for work. I found this place on an apartment app. and immediately love the photos. One I got here the staff were super friendly. I have been living at Pinecrest for about 3yrs now and I really enjoy living here. The staff is so friendly and the maintenance guys are on top of things. I can put in a request and the next day they are here to fix the issue. The staff have always been amazing. The grounds are always kept up, no matter what the weather is. It's nice that they are pet friendly and rent is not bad for the wonderful 2 bedroom.

Lived here for about 12 years. Other than an old AC unit on the townhouse, it was a great experience. The office staff were friendly and very willing to work with me when I was looking to move out early on my lease when I purchased a home, the maintenance guys were timely and professional, and just today after being away for three years, the office bent over backwards to help me recover a package that was accidentally shipped to my old address. Pinecrest is a great place to live and a pleasant part of Normal.

I have been living here for at least 3 years and I love it! I have never had an apartment complex have people who understand and care about their residents! With any problems I have they listen and do their best to fix them all. The maintenance people come quick to fix problems and stay with it. The pool, work out center and dog park are a bonus and great additions here. The new management is wonderful and I have never had any problems. I would recommend these apartments to anyone!

Very noisy people just moved into my building 421 so that’s annoying. I heard them moving and running around from 8am to about 10 pm. I also been having plumbing issues in my bathroom. Maintenance tell me they don’t know what the problem is and do not want to call Plummer. All in all I loved this place when I first got here but now with all the rude neighbors and the noise above me I can’t wait to move.

After searching for different apartments Devyn reached out and sent me links and prices for what they had available. As a first time renter they answered all my questions and concerns and made the signings a breeze. The maintance staff is by far the best thing about this place! They are ALWAYS on top of things and in a timely manner.
I had a huge leak coming from my ceiling because of a pipe. They came 10 minutes after the problem was reported. And in less than 3 days they fixed the pipe, tore down the damaged ceiling, added new drywall, and painted it so it looks like nothing happened. Impressive

So far one of the best places I've ever rented. The staff is always friendly and the area is always clean and free of debris. During the winter, the grounds are salted almost right away and shoveled. Maintenance crew is always on time and thorough. The best part is you get what you pay for. Beautiful bedroom, updated kitchen, bathroom, and carpet, and they allow all sizes of dogs! This is not only a great starter apartment, but also feels like a home!
