When is the leasing center open? A. The construction of our leasing office is underway and should be open very soon. Until then, we are available remotely Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Saturday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Sunday from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. At times, we may have extended hours or after-hour events.
Derogatory credit history (past due accounts, collections, judgments, tax liens, charge off (excluding medical debt and student loans) in excess of $500. Foreclosures reported greater than 2 years ago may be approved with an additional deposit provided the monthly mortgage payment listed on the applicant's credit report was greater than the proposed monthly rent.

Horrible experience w/ gates that never work, and also HORRIBLE neighbors who are VERY inconsiderate. We have tried to respectfully ask them to calm down, explained our work hours, asked for a little consideration. Nope! None! They just stomp louder!!!
I don’t play loud music and I try to be considerate because people need rest!!! This is where we live and lay our heads!! People also work from home. I have video recordings of the loud upstairs noise as well.

We went to apply for an apartment here and were told incorrect information several times just to get us to put the application in, they seem really desperate to get apartments filled. Im glad we found out the real information before signing.a lease. Be careful. They will say just about anything to get you to pay the insane application fee and apply for a unit. Don't waste your time and money.

I lived here for 8 months, moving into my apartment shortly after it had been built, while the complex was still undergoing construction on other buildings and amenities.
In my opinion the apartment was gorgeous and luxurious. The bedroom was gigantic! so was the soaking tub! I loved it all. I loved the little touches like the walls being painted a light gray instead of beige and the silvery color of the carpet used in the bedroom. It all went beautifully with the dark colored cabinets. I had so much extra space I didn't even know what to do with it. I appreciated that the apartments are set so

I have been living at Harborstone for 6 months. While living here the office staff has been so incredible with response times to my service requests. I was having a terrible experience where I was previous living, and Carrington was extremely helpful in processing my application and setting me up in a large 1311 sq ft. 3 Bedroom 2 bath, quickly. My children love their spacious new bedrooms, and we adore the top of the line appliances and bathrooms. The hardwood floors look fabulous with our décor and make the apartment feel like home. We love the use of the amenities, even during this unforeseen

I'd advise anyone considering moving here to read review from Hannah Stewart. The 1st half of her review is accurate & 100% true, even amenities, gates, gym, etc. all currently as she stated. No change!

From the moment I came to Harborstone I knew this was where I wanted to live. The apartment community is beautiful and the amenities are great! I would like to give special kudos to Jillian, who made this entire process seamless and easy! She has taken every single one of my calls, walked me step by step from start to finish!!! When I first heard about these apartments Jillian was my go to person she was with me every step of the process and was very polite and patient with me I had my tour she explained everything to me in detail and my apartment was just how I expected it to be and OH MY GOD the master bedroom showers are sooooooo AMAZING and the tub is so spacious also master bedroom comfortably fits a king bed my kids love their room and my best part of it all my kitchen it’s so open to the living room I’m able to cook and interact with my family it’s just so amazing and peaceful over here I wouldn’t trade

The staff members at the office are great. Thank you for your help Celene. I know you did your best and I was ready to move in: However, I can't afford washing machine and drier for 6 months and I thought that would not be a good idea to use common laundries these days as my working hours are come times crazy and not well planned.
Although I couldn't move there, I do not hesitate to give 5 stars for the service, staff members and the apartments.
