Just moved in to these apartments and Willy is amazing. Several different things were out of order/broken and after mentioning it to him he came in immediately and proceeded to fix every single thing that was wrong in the apartment. Definitely the best maintenance guy I’ve ever come across. Thanks again, Willy!

Do not move here!! My son has lived here six months, the place is infested with roaches, his washing machine had to be repaired early on, black mold in closets, floor and ceiling that was painted over when reported. AC unit went out Wednesday in 90 degree weather and they’ve said they will fix it Monday. Totally unacceptable when rent is $1200 per month. Good thing I’m a licensed realtor they will be getting a call from me tomorrow, considering “management will call him in a few days” Move him to a new apartment or release him of his lease obligations!!! This is ridiculous!!!

To be honest, even though it rained on and off on the day that I moved in, it went smoothly. Only thing I had a problem with is that when I moved in there was some things that needed to be fixed, so I had to call maintenance, but other than that the apartment is great. They fixed everything the next day quick and easy. The staff was nice and greeted me as well.

The staff here is amazing. They went above and beyond to help me and my boys get into an apartment quickly. The only thing is I wish the gates were working but other than that I love it here quiet and no issues. Beautiful place with the ponds and love the wildlife. I would suggest Coopers Ridge to anyone.

I lived back in the complex in 2014 and I couldn't have sang any higher praises about the complex which is why I wanted to move back here in March of this year. I was also extremely excited about gated access due to being a single female. I have not had that wonderful experience this time around. The gate hasn't functioned in the last 4 months so it doesn't provide the safety I wanted in an apartment complex. Second the one bedroom apartments aren't very big which is fine but there is no pantry so I use the laundry area for a pantry and use on site laundry, which we have now

Update from 4 years ago maybe.. I moved out in January 2017. This was the first apartment ever. I would say this is a good place to move if you are brand new to the area. However, traffic has only gotten worse so that is still a huge negative. The police presence during my tenure was often. Since then I noticed they put gates so only residence can access the parking lots. It is very close to a lot of big companies and maybe 20 mins away from base. Overall it's not that bad. Traffic is really bad and frustrating thus the 3 stars. The apartment themselves are good and pricing then was very good
