She joined HHHunt in 2015 as a manager at our Ridgeland location and was excited to move to Abberly Crossing and the Charleston area for new adventures. Melissa loves her team and her favorite part of her job is helping people find a great home and creating moments that matter for them.

We moved in to Abberly in October, and so far our experience has been awesome! Christina, Melissa and the whole team in the office are so helpful and responsive. Christina worked hard to help us find a unit that was perfect for us ASAP after an issue happened with our original plan elsewhere. We looked at a dozen units and properties before deciding, but Abberly had everything we wanted in a really central location. We had a couple things that needed a little tweak in our unit after moving in and Jim and the whole maintenance team were so fast and friendly. All the staff is super friendly and helpful

Critical: Professionalism, Quality
If I could leave zero I would. What kind of rental companies tries to rent a 1520 apartment infested with roaches. Not even surprised when I told em. Sorry no thanks. What a shame. I don't recommend any clean people move here unless your okay with roaches in every building and apartment cause they wont correctly exterminate.

Just had a new born and came back needing some repairs on the washing machine and icemaker. Maintenance responded immediately. They notified me when to expect them, which I appreciated as I am on a tight schedule with a newborn and a toddler.
They came in and replace the whole washing machine, and replaced old parts with brand new ones for the icemaker and water valve. They were very kind and friendly, and the repairs were made in a very timely fashion. Cannot thank them enough!

Critical: Quality, Value
Overall quality is not worth the price. Floors are sinking, cracks in the wall and appliances are outdated. The year I’ve lived here my ac unit went out about 6/7 times, it only blew in the living room area and second bathroom. The noisy neighbors have no sense of common courtesy.

We moved into Abberly Crossing 2 months ago, and I can tell you that we are MORE than happy with this place. Christina, Melissa, and Monica have went ABOVE & BEYOND to answer any questions we have had. With us being first time renters, we have had many questions. These women are outstanding and very personable. Willie, also came to install a few things, and he was great too. He was very friendly and helpful! Definitely recommend this place.

He was very polite and professional.
Willie did a great job on the AC repair.
He arrived on the day and time expected.
He replaced the parts, and had the AC working like new.

I want to give a shout out to Christina S. who was such a huge help to assist me with moving here. She was so friendly and really made me feel welcomed. My first experience with maintenance went great too! Willie was really respectful and fixed up both issues I was having quickly. I deeply enjoy this apartment complex.

We have been living here since September 2019 and again extended our lease for another 6 months. This place is great, nice community and the staff is really nice. Ashley, Monica, and Christina at the office have always been very professional and polite. The maintenance people are also great and polite. I requested maintenance and Willie showed up with a big smile and was very professional and polite while conducting his business. Overall, this place is very safe, great, family oriented, and will always make you feel welcomed.
