I have lived in Cypress for almost 2 years, when I moved I loved the administration of the condominium. However, it's been about 2 months since I've been reporting personally and by email to the administration about the neglect to clean up the blocks, especially mine. But I never have an answer. Unfortunately, I come to downgrade my grade. if the issue is resolved, I will change my rating.

I have lived in Cypress Rivers Apartments since October 2019. My air conditioner soon went out and I reported to the office staff. Maintenance came out and “fix it” days after reporting. Well it went out again and again. The entire unit was replaced and I was told the unit was bad and that was the reason it wasn’t working. By this time it is Spring 2020 and I’m about 6 months pregnant. The air stop working again. We were given a portable air conditioner and 100$ dollars off our rent after paying almost 900$ to SCEG for lights. After the replacement of the unit and many many times of adding

If you want an apartment that doesn’t care about the safety or health of their residents than this is the place for you!! I signed a 13 month lease back in July of 2020 and my roommate and I were very excited to move into Cypress River. The “gated community” and amenities were very appealing. Let me first start by saying the Gate didn’t work for 11 months out of our stay and now it only works every once in awhile. Don’t advertise a gated community when it surely is not!! I was followed home from work one day and had to wait in my car for 30 minutes until I asked my neighbor to safely

We LOVE living at Cypress. The office staff are so friendly and the managers are fantastic. This place has really changed since new management took over. They have done so many improvements and continue to do so. Maintenance is amazing and quick on repairs and all of my neighbor's are super friendly! We will continue making Cypress our home!

We absolutely love Ben and Beth!!! The events that they put on are incredible. We are always so excited when we get to spend time with our friends and other residents at each cool, unique experience! Even when we’re not at apartment coordinated events specifically, Ben and Beth are so welcoming throughout the community. Can’t express how grateful we are for them!

Apartment was nice, and in a decent location. Ray, the maintenance man is an amazing person.
Some shady money dealings happened while we were there. First, our water bill suddenly became "estimated usage" on our bill. Our bill more than doubled, which was not okay. When asking management they said we needed a new battery in our wireless water transmitter. Fine, no trouble. It took 7 months for them to "fix" our wireless transmitter; the whole time our water bill was $80+ (even the month when we left on vacation for a week). When it was fixed, our rate returned to our usual <$40 bill.

Such an inviting place to live! The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. For my kids, seeing Rey (maintenance) is one of the highlights of their day. Me and my wife are so thankful for the intentional care from Ben & Beth, providing fun events each month. Meghan (manager) is always professional and happy to help. Great place to live!
