I appreciate your response but there was no name calling. I was simply asking questions and nobody had any answers to my questions. They then started becoming aggressive to me when I continued to question them. It is also a lie that if an apartment was not issued a space that you can then not have one as the couple living in apartment 8 did not come with a space but then they were given one I know this because they told me so.
I even said I would pay extra for the space seeing as you were having a hard time renting out the apartments there were multiples spaces

I had been a resident for the past 3 years with MCM and this management company was exceptional! They were always professional and quick to respond whenever I needed something. Nathalie is a great asset to the company and really cares about her tenants needs. Candice was also outstanding and does everything she can to make things happen. Top tier management and great properties.

Company is rough. Live in Los Angeles. Has taken over a month to get maintenance taken care of. They are not helpful and do not care at all.
Building is fine but nothing is done to the outside. Laundry and trash are gross. Sidewalks are not safe.
I'd suggest finding something better. I will when my lease is up.

Just moved to the heart of LA thanks to MCM Property Management. I was dealing with a hefty amount of stress because apartment searching is fun but also, not really. Luckily, I found a perfect, cozy Hollywood studio at a surprisingly lower price which will help me significantly reduce my expenses. A little bummed I'm on a waiting list for a parking spot but the manager promised to update me as soon as one becomes available.Â
They're super easy to talk to and I trust we'll build a great relationship. So far so great, two thumbs up from me.Â

I recently moved out from a property managed by MCM. I never encountered any serious issue with them in the 4 years I was there. At most, there were maintenance requests once in a blue moon but they were always responded to and taken care of. Jesse was very helpful during my move in and move out process. But as the saying goes, everything has an end. Thank you MCM for making my living experience a calm one.

Sometimes you get denied at one apartment so you can get approved for an even better one. Story of my life but I'm super happy I took a stroll through Los Feliz for an overpriced latte that day. Otherwise, I would have never walked past this adorbs apartment! Like many others, I was in a pickle with a new job in a new location so I feel incredibly blessed to have crossed paths with MCM during this pandemic. In less than 3 weeks, it became my new home. They've been the best property management company I've dealt with. The last apartment I got denied for, not only kept my $45 application

If there was a 0 star option, trust me, that would be my rating!
Let me start by the fact that I rent a unit from this management for over 3 years. And not only the building is in poor state but not once I have seen the manager on site to check anything.
The garbage are in front of the building, the area around always dirty. The laundry room is despicable.
There's leak on a daily basis. In fact they shut off the water without notice 2 weeks ago.
Now, it's covid time, July come and they send an email about the city offering a help program. And how to actually apply. I did, got accepted

If you are a prospective tenant, considering renting a property managed by this company, you would be very fortunate to turn around and run the other way to literally any other option.
If you are a property owner considering trusting your substantial investment with this company, there is likely no greater risk to you. We have watched them mismanage and literally destroy an incredible historical 12 unit building in the WeHo/BH/La corner of mid city. WITH ZERO PRIOR NOTICE they tore the roof off of our building on November 5th and covered it with 4mm plastic. The sun

I don't even know where to begin. I've moved around quite a bit and dealt with my fair share of landlords as a result. None have been as incompetent as MCM. Maintenance requests were turned around within a couple days in my first couple months there. Fine. Jesse himself took care of one of them. The real fun started when they decided to replace the water pipes. We would get handwritten notes taped to our doors the night before telling us that water would be turned off the next day from 8-5. Ok, fine. Not ideal but I'll deal. But what I couldn't tolerate was the water coming

The security in the building is HORRIBLE. I've been stolen packages not only from the mailbox (because that's a given) but from my FRONT DOOR! I've brought up this subject too many times with no response other than "Oh yes, that happens" - no code changing, no camera installation, no signs, NOTHING!. Management doesn't seem to care - same thing with my mailbox forced opened, laundry machines not working, heater not working, garage door breaking every month. A ver basic service in my opinion.

no question the worst management in Hollywood area
The cream colored liquid spilled on the floor in the building, has been there for 6 months
I kid you not, no cleaning for 6 months
The parking is cleaned by blowing dirt all over the place, mostly on the cars
The water in the showers is hot and cold all the time, but not one or the other
Garbage doors are always broken and the halls smell of trash

This company has the worst experience to offer. I attempted to lease an apartment after an open house. I requested an application and received no follow up response.
I attempted again through the office but no one answers the phone, voicemail, or they bounce you through the phone directory. I guess they don't want business. I had to keep inquiring until today when my email was finally replied to by Jesse Pimentel.
Instead of putting in any effort I received a breif cookie cut response saying it was already leased to another applicant. I didn't even get an application. The apartment wasn't even
