I am so glad that I'll never have to deal with this useless company ever again. If you are stupid enough to do business with them make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing. They will tell you what you want to hear then suddenly not be able to recall the lies they used to shut you up. Their only goal is to get as much of your money as possible without providing anything remotely close to service. My property was a complete disaster after their neglect and mismanagement.

The communication with this company is horrible. They ignore your requests and don’t return calls. I spent a year with this property management company and will never use one again.
They didn’t bother to tell me that the owner of my home was using the bedroom, garage and downstairs closet for storage until I went to move in and seen his stuff! Then they tried to take $50 off the rent because of it and we negotiated $100 which still wasn’t fair.
After moving out they sent me a bill that was totally inaccurate

Run, don’t walk, away from this property manager! We rented a condo they manage for $2695 per month. When we moved in there were hundreds of cockroaches and other insects dead on the floor and in cupboards, one air conditioner was out, smoke detector alarms were going off, one smoke detector had been ripped of the ceiling, no screens on any windows, one ceiling fan was not usable due to the noise it made and another was completely nonfunctional. While the company addressed some of the issues, for others we we told the property was rented “as is”. We own rentals and this is certainly not how

Horrible service! I wouldn't ever rent another home from this company, they steal your money by making up lies about damages in the homes. I have spoke to another renter that is stuck in a lease with them and she said that her fridge hasn't worked in a week and they told her she will have to pay to replace it, as they don't have time to deal with minor issues in the home. Horrible company to use to rent a house from! Be careful of this company they are scam artists at its finest

I am a 29 year Army Veteran (Ret.), I am now a Realtor that recently assisted an Active Duty Army individual find a rental. The very first place we looked at was through Rentmax. Finally got the repair issue with my appliance fixed. Victoria is the new repair manager and completely changed our rental experience! Called in and the NEXT DAY I was scheduled, before I waited at least 2 weeks and we had to do our own follow up (explaining the 4 stars). She texted me the day I was scheduled to follow up and the next day as well just to be sure it was working when we used it. Best experience with Rentmax by far.
