The history of Parking Management Services is one of continued success and growth. Founded by Thomas R. Gigliotti Jr. in 1989, the company has expanded operations to over fifteen states and currently operates the hospitality parking operations of more than one hundred major hotels across the country.

Parking Management Services recognizes that training is the key to delivering the expected service level that our clients demand. While many of our competitors, including the giant parking corporations, will attempt to impress you with long lists of training programs and corporate universities, we choose to train our employees on the fundamental elements that are vital to the job functions.
In addition to Safety and Service Delivery Training, every employee attends Guest Relations and Claims Handling Training. These two skill sets can save a guest or lose a guest forever. We regard all four of these training areas as key to delivering exceptional service.
While we realize that our managers and supervisors need to complete many more areas of training, we conduct such internal training monthly so that our management team is in total compliance with our accounting and company policies of accountability.

The "every 5 minutes" is a joke. We have been waiting 30 minutes in a very long line. The last shuttle left partially full as they did not pack the luggage well and couldn't put any more luggage on. Two other PMS shuttles have passed going to a different ship since the last shuttle. Would strongly suggest other options.
Addendum: the next shuttle came by, again left partially full due to poor luggage packing. Still waiting. Same driver, no guys helping to load.

I stayed at the Eliza Jane Hotel for two nights. I utilized the valet service (PMSI) . When the valet driver brought my vehicle from the garage upon check-out, I noticed a huge chunk of the tire sidewall was missing from my rear drivers side tire. Obviously a valet attendant hit something in my Suburban. The tire must now be replaced due to the damage in the sidewall cause by the valet.
After two weeks of numerous phone calls not being returned, emails not returned or answered, someone from PMSI called to tell me they would not take responsibility for their employees. They refuse to address this

DO NOT PARK HERE! The 5$ & 3$ parking lot near We dat wings has charged my car 12 different transaction amounts of 13$ and I only parked her once they moved my account into the negative and refused to help or reimburse me I had to cancel my card they would wait until 3am to charge my card 2 transactions a day.

My 2018 Grand Cherokee got stolen from Embassy Suites under PMSI’s care on 1/18/2021 and was never recovered.
My keys were taken out of the valet key box, and car was driven out of the gated parking lot. No signs of break in. Police report filed, they never found the car.
Their valet company, PMSI, asked me for the payoff amount for the car as they would pay for it because this only happened because of their employees negligence. It has now been over a month and nothing has happened. I am now out of a car, and have a $23,000 outstanding liability on a car that is gone.

Great customer service! I’ve never experienced such hassle free services!! I recently bought a groupon, but my truck didn’t fit in their overhead. I contacted parking help, they immediately contacted me back hassle free, courteous, gave me no issue, gave me back a full refund and $10 credit. I’ve never seen such great customer service!

My family and I stayed at the Hyatt Convention Center and this company was their valet company. We drove a rather large vehicle that was pretty much brand new. In their care, the entire back window on our rented Suburban was broken out by the reckless care of their staff backing out the vehicle. They offered to tape up the back window for us and stated that the rental company might be able to switch the car out. The staff insinuated that we had broken the window that had been in their care for almost the entire trip and was in pristine condition each time we gave it to them to park. I received
