Very dated & run down. Laundry machines not working. Marginally friendly staff (1 very bad others friendly but not able to help with anything). On your own for parking. Incapable of providing Receipt that meets typical business & government Expense Report requirements specifically breaking down the room cost and taxes separately.

This hotel was such a good find, very quaint and vintage and the suite was so spacious and cute and the beds were soooo comfortable. My main point was that the staff and front desk was extremely accommodating and so sweet. From letting us check in early to being understanding and letting us leave our luggage while we go eat and fly out. I can’t thank this staff enough for their hospitality

The best thing going for this place is its location. It is convenient to everything and quiet at night. It is a maximum 10 minute walk to Bourbon Street and the rest of the French Quarter, 15 minutes to the WW2 museum and 5 minutes from the Aquarium and Casino. I was in a two bedroom unit with one bath. The bed was very comfortable but everything else leaves a lot to be desired. The furniture is dated, the single TV is too small for the room it is in. The kitchen does have everything one needs to cook but the quality is not that great. They did not charge a "Resort Fee" as some have said, but they

Comfortable, clean rooms. Cleaning kept up with new towels daily, per our request and staff was friendly and helpful. Stayed a week here, however, and never had the wifi as advertised. Only 1 washer & 1 dryer...in the building next door. It does have a small ground floor pool, but we opted to go to another hotel for the rooftop pool and bar experience.
